Has anyone noticed that the age rating boundaries for films have changed, for instance I recently watched a PG film that had f-bombs everywhere.

One thing I find funny is that (at least over here) Oblivion is rated 16 while  Skyrim is 18, even tho (at least IMO, even with the "toonish" graphics when compared to Skyrim,) Oblivion is a lot more disturbing...
(Tho the ESRB kinda noticed the same thing a few years later and (tried to) change it to 18 tho...)
