I'm sure I've heard Anoni talk about this but the details are fuzzy.  It was in the context of writing a program to find solutions though.


There is a symbol I forget what it is... or who I've seen use it.  Maybe Timmy?  But a member who has been in this thread from the start anyway... they use a symbol that does something which in effect reduces any number to 1 or maybe 0, I forget.  That gives a lot of freedom but sadly I'm (obviously) a bit vague on the usage XD


Poor Nik, I feel sorry for anyone who has to go without me for any length of time ;)

Factorial (!) makes huge numbers, not tiny ones  :S

it means the integer * every integer smaller than it, AKA 6! = 6*5*4*3*2*1 (720)

unless I have forgotten something it is not a ! that would be used to make 1 or 0.

I used to let other people ask me, because I didn't want to be like Facebook friend collector.  So lame... but then somewhere around the 40's I think maybe people were intimidated and they were too shy, but then that settled down somewhere around 70.


It's amazing how often I think I'm buddies with someone and we're not even though we're good friends... it's weird XD


Sadly so many have left the forum but I feel like if they come back it would be rude to have unfriended them.


I should get on Skype and Steam again... but there are too many ghosts for me there :(
