In Hotline Miami 2 melee is much more difficult to do strictly speaking, it's also impossible to complete some missions with only melee.

General tips:

Don't turn left unless there's a green arrow or a stop sign on all 4 roads of an intersection.

Nobody stops at stop signs, they slow down.

When there is any sort of curve at all on a freeway, everyone slows down to 30-40mph because they think the road is a shapeshifter.

If you see someone broken down on the side of the road and they are not actually touching their car and look particularly strange, they are probably a car jacker.

From what i saw i think i would just drive a battle tank, i seen a guy run up on the curve almost hit at least five people and then miss another cars bumper by inches all to run a red light
