I'm being put on a gluten packed diet for six weeks. I get the feeling that by the end of it I'll murder someone for even saying the word "shortbread".

I wouldn't be surprised if I got put on a certain diet after getting a check up. Due to money issues and simply not wanting to feel like a leech, I had been skipping 1-2 days before eating a small, barely-nutritious meal of ramen or such for the past month or so. I can tell it affected me a bit. I've stopped doing that now that I realized it. The breadwinner never minded me eating their food, as there is plenty. It's only the glutton of the house that kept nagging me about it. Now I don't need to listen to him.

All I know is that I have ADD pretty bad. I may have something else, but never been officially tested yet. I only want to figure out what it is so I can get an idea of how to deal with it.

The funny thing about getting tested for ADD and/or ADHD doesn't actually do anything for you except lead to potential segregation for future jobs, because any corporation or large company has instant access to such reports from your hospital records. It could potentially drop productivity too much, so they won't even look at your application.
