Well, I have a different strategy. It's not everyone's favorite, you take a "hit" the first year around $30,000 then after you get a state residency from proving you have no intention of leaving, it moves down and the price becomes less by the end of your educational pursuit becoming $20,000 per year. Combined with the fact that some states don't see a whole lot of traffic coming in, so they offer incentives to get people to come and stay, so the price is actually somewhere closer to $10,000 per year. FAFSA, pell grants, merit scholarships not even counted in that equation yet either.

Purpose of choosing the state for your job, is also very important because if you graduate in one part of the country, then attempt to transfer to another part, you have to pass accreditation all over again in another region. You'll end up paying for what you thought you were saving on, prior.

Nah, if I was doing a journal I would probably write it knowing that nobody would ever read it and thus write a long bit about the crap I don't usually talk about.

Point is, the only person who would hypothetically speaking be going the "smart low-cost route" would be the person going to North Dakota or Arizona for school, cheapest tuition rates in the country.

Both of these are inaccurate. I haven't always lived here, and if your parent was a resident of Canada you can get citizenship. Also if I was cursed by fate, why would I have met Grey? 0r Peanut?
