could also be the hard drive his account is on because most servers run nas drives from wd but slowly moving to ssd drives

Most servers also use some form of RAID that would prevent something like that from happening.

raid also takes time to rebuild lost sectors plus fa came clean on what happened with the cash from the donations not alot of servers use a ssd cloudflare same providers we use dont and ive played with a rack mount server at my school with help because i didnt know what i was doing about a hr to find the issue dead mech drive

Depends on the error message really.  If it's crap about an upload tray being full Tweak can clear out historical baggage.
