as melody gets ready to get bak to work a menos appears in front of her melody tries to release her swoord but suddenly goes into a trance like state

Korius walked over to her. "Remnants. The remaining Hollows that managed to escape are still lurking around various different areas in both the living world and ours. They don't dare touch humans and souls, though, for the most part. Most of them just live out in hiding, wanting to slowly fade away and not prematurely get killed. However, some like that one tend to not be able to bare the weight of that and snap, attacking us, of the Soul Society."

"Our first priority should be getting rid of the Hallows in Soul Society, then." a figure appeared, walking towards them

Korius sighed and flicked the figure's forehead. "Cool it, Ho'ne. You're still very wet behind the ears. Besides, your squad's in charge of guarding the Head while he's on the grounds. Know your place, young one. Maybe I should throw you in the ring Chrono, let him vent his anger on you. We don't need to hunt them down anymore. If they snap, they'll come to us. Now get your butt back over to your squad before I change my mind about feeding you to Chrono, hehe."

She doesn't remember? Still early, I guess. He knelt by her and placed a heand on her shoulder. You did what you were trained to do. You killed it. "Melody, you're still changing and your power is still staking shape inside you. The voice you heard was your sword. Your power crying out at your time of need." He smiled and walked away. It is rising sooner than expected. Head captain and I may have to leave sooner as well.

Chrono had fallen asleep, then woke up when a voice screamed in his head:
Draw! Chrono immedeatly drew his sword, and blocked a shinigami that was trying to get a hit in. Chrono kicked him away and got alert as more appeared around him.
"Chrono, now that you've been suspended as captain... we will have the right to execute you for murder of the previous captain of the 11th squad..." Chrono groaned and readied his blade, but then put it away.

"I don't need to use 'her' last gift on weaklings" they started to close in, but Chrono flash-stepped and grabbed on shinigami by the head, throwing him, or her, into the next attacking shinigami.

"If Korius sent you, tell-"

"Nobody sent us, we came together with the desire to end your sinful existance as a fai-!" Chrono grabbed the speaker, and plowed their head into the ground before grabbing the blade of another attacker, snapping the blade and gutting them with it. Their pathetic, at least in Chrono's opinion, attempts at assassination continued until all were crippled or unconsious. It was then that Chrono looks around and grumbles.

"If this keeps up, it'll be a miracle that I'll be allowed back as a lieutenant, let alone a captain!" he said before going back to 'her' grave and sitting down, not bothering to clean up the mess...
