Goes back in time over and over, getting 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 etc etc of himself and building a massive Arrant Cybernetic Templar army and sending them all out across the world, with orders to dominate the world. He then creates a time flux and ripples the very fabrics of space and time, sending all living into an alternate dimension ruled by pandas, where he creates and epic battle and sends his army to attack the Pandanian Legion, coming down to an epic showdown between the panda lord where he ends it with a WAY too overdramatic slash through the being's waist, creating another time flux and being greeted by G-Man who tells him he's just saved the world in the year 2193 but it was not supposed to happen and wiped his memory sending him back in time before he duplicated himself and deterring him from cloning himself and creating the time-flux, damning the future of Earth but making it so this never happened. Arrant then took control of the California nuclear wasteland's Enclave, grabbing a suit of Advanced Power Armor MKII and scoffing at the Capital Wasteland's armor even though it is awesome because it still isn't as awesome as Fallout 2's armor, and never will be. Although I do like the tesla armor... Swipes a tesla coil from the capital wasteland and makes a dramatic exit then hangs out in the Enclave HQ off the coast of California, befriending Frank Horrigon and hanging out with his friends developing a taste for sunglasses, then advises the president to attack Arroyo as the lone wanderer is prone to be a threat to the Enclave.
