Anyone Interested In An RP/RPG Hybrid?

I've recently had an idea for an RP to run like an RPG. Y'know, something to make the players think harder and plan tactics, and such. And to incorporate the OOC more. I'm thinking of making a couple changes, but this is pretty much the gist of it right here.
