Okay, I got away from the competition early. The Acolytes look very similar to the monks from Assassin's Creed (you know, the ones you can hide in as they walk by)and all of them are incredibly skilled at martial arts. There are a few different ranks, which can only be discerned through the weapons they carry. I'll list the more common ones now and explain the others later. They go up in rank in descending order.
Minion-Brainwashed criminals used by the Acolytes as cannon fodder. They do not wear Acolyte Robes and are hardly ever armed.
Initiate-A very common Acolyte. Their weapons are a set of brass knuckles.
Grunt-Heavier than the Initiate, they carry maces and a shield.
Sergeant-What happens when you give an Initiate a black belt and upgrade his equipment? You get the Sergeant! Their brass knuckles have been upgraded with claws. (See attachment for weapon)
Lieutenant-They are the top tier in the Acolytes lower ranks. They are faster than their subordinates and are masters in more than one martial art. They are incredibly proficient with the Shaolin Spade and use it with deadly ferocity. (See attachment for weapon)
What you are facing are Minions, a Sergeant, and a Lieutenant. For those of you who don't know what the Shaolin Spade is take a good look at the attachment. Those edges are razor sharp and either side can decapitate you in a single thrust. Oh, and Shinzuu. Sorry about you getting stabbed, but in an RP using real life physics, any concentration loss while blocking will result in injury.
3/5 of the orignal party are dead or missing.
