Ya'know... depending on how everything goes after this mission, my character might end up being a doctor and using this scorpion venom as a painkiller. And since it requires to be absorbed through the bloodstream, it has to have an open wound to work with, perfect for dentists and other doctors.

And anyone else wondering what's going on and possibly thinking "Eww...", you may find out why soon enough on what Vosur's doing with a scorpion venom-sac.

When I made my character ask that, I was intending one mage to answer it to see if they studied outside of their magics. Because my character is a mercenary and has to travel from place to place often, he has wilderness-smarts or else he wouldn't have survived long. He just hates bugs.
