Sgntcuddles, I'm making a really big guess with the build/weight of your character. You only specified 7'1'' as the height. But he can't exactly be a "toothpick" to carry around a hammer-like cross.

And before anyone gets to make the joke, yes I have a cross to bear.

But it isn't...Uh...He's not like a toothpick, but he doesn't look like he's be strong. He's kind scrawny until he can't hide it really...So like...Think Hulk. Normally really small, but when fighting his muscles show up. So...Average build, not fat, not skinny, in shape...No visible muscles until he's serious you could say.

Maybe you typed in the wrong number the first time? But anyways, I'd still figure he'd be too big for my character to easily lug around.

Nah. It's just about time that my character got hurt since she's got off easy in the past fights.
She'd actually be very against being healed.

If a healer cannot heal, then wouldn't they feel that their services weren't needed?

Anyways, my character's wounds probably won't need to be healed since he's only got minor wounds.

Him feeling as though his services aren't needed isn't the point of her not wanting to be healed. Ember is one who doesn't like to be helped. She's a "tough girl" so she doesn't like assistance when she's hurt or anything like that.
