He stopped before everyone else did, and he already wanted to speak with Lazaryos, he just happened to overhear Ember as he was approaching.

All he has for ears are two spots on the side of his head, makes it hard to not hear anything if hes alert...

Srgntcuddles was very close into his choice of words there... I am alive and kicking, but go on ahead and skip me until the next time around. As for details, let's just say that things did not go well for my gallbladder and because of that, it had to be surgically removed.
