The Neverending Story Game

Okay, so the game goes like this: One person types a single, unfinished line of a story and ends it with ellispes. The next peson continues the line, but doesn't finish theirs either. And it goes on and on. Be as random and as silly as you want to. Just make sure that you leave your line unfinished so the next person can have liberty.

Example

Person 1: Once upon a time there was a pink rabbit who....
Person 2: .....Really liked eating carrots. So he went to the store to buy some carrots, but there was a problem in the form of a....
Person 3: .....Giant dragon who came and stood in the rabbit's way. The rabbit was scared, so he said.....
Person 4: ...."I'd really like it if you didn't eat me." The dragon then laughed and said.....
Person 5: ....."Sure. Let's go fishing." They agreed to go fishing together and walked over the next hill when they saw.....

Etc. ETC.

I'll start.

I was walking around in the forest one day, when an odd leaf gracefully fell on my head, like a hat.
