I would guess that she hasn't seen that she has messages. Sometimes it takes me a while to notice when I have one, but I'm used to checking more than a newbie is.
Whenever someone posts in one of Shinzuu's RPs without posting in the OOC first, I always have him leave it to me to tell them how serious RPs work because new people are more likely to listen to a mod than a regular member, or at least that's how it seems.
