xbox360 red ring of death how many times has this happend to you???

i want to know how many times  you guys have got the red ring of death on your xbox 360?? ill start  off  ive went threw 3 xbox360 because of the 3 red rings of death well 1 day i was on my xbox 360 playing call of duty with some friends on live the next thing i noteiced my 360 glitched and froze up than the 3 red rings showed up and started flashing  so i shut it off and gave it to my friend to fix and he went out and got the thermal glue kit  for 360s and tried to fix it but it still was not working so I'm just gonna brake down and buy a new360  but how may times has this happend to you guys ???

Twice, my suggestion is to buy the "Halo 3 Edition" or "Elite" as I have had no trouble with either ever . Or if you managed to preserve the Microsoft sticker that protected you from a void warranty, you could pull a costco maneuver and send it back and get a new one for freee

Sevrile times. Have you changed the washers too? I recommened using rubber ones! much better.

to buddywolf yes Ive try ed the rubber washer trick and it still did not work!  and to whitewolf  the Costco trick i cant try it now  be cues the sticker is gone sad day for me  :'( lol but I'm gonna get the xbox 360 elite but thanks guys  for the tips  and for reading from your friend fuzzball

sorry the tricks failed fuzzball. sounds like the cooling isnt the problem though so you might want to look at the other stuffs n fluffs in there....also make sure teh cords are plugged in all the way. If they aren't, that will show a red ring till they are in all the way.  well...good luck getting an elite. I am sure you can do it.

I've had the RRoD once I think. I'm really not sure because the lights on mine wouldn't turn on, so I couldn't tell
I kept getting the E74 error though. But I've yet to have any problems with my current one. So I'm only on my 2nd Xbox in...uhh...how ever long ago it was they first came out. I forget.

buddywolf  ill play any 1 on live to but the problem is most pepole don't have the same games as me but it doesn't stop me from talking to them on live lol and I'm getting halo 3 back from my brother this weekend or ill kick his ass lol oh by the way pepole  my old xbox360 I'm gonna brake it or blow it up so I'm going to film it and put it on you tube so guys give me some ideas on how i should brake or smash or blow up my old xbox360 for youtube  I'm thinking of trowing it out the window of my car at 65mph so just give me some ideas on how to distroy my old 360 for youtube   lol

buddywolf hhhhhhhuuuuuuuuummmmmmm  i should set it out on the street  coroner with a free sing and use my fishing pole to Yank it away  from pepole  or smash it with my car but I'm running with any 1s ideas  and the funnyest and coolest 1 will work but i should put in the microwave and see what happends or the fire thing might work 2  lol
