The possum enjoyed her shower. It was as relieving as the fact that she didn't have school. She didn't look at the clock, so she had no clue what time it was. As she got out, she grabbed a pair of baggy black pants and a white T-shirt that had two circles for eyes, a skull nose, and black lines at the bottom of it, thus making the shirt look like a skull. She slipped on a bracelet she had recently gotten. It was one of those rubber bands that they had in America like the Livestrong bracelets for Lance Armstrong, however it was green, and in large serif letters, it said, "Excelsior!" She loved it, not only because it was Stan Lee's catchphrase, but the foundation it went to supported elderly comic book artists that could find work anymore. She began to wonder if Japan had a place where they sold American comics, and after getting dressed, she wandered into the hallway to knock on Reno's door. After she didn't get a response, she realized she had forgotten her book bag and went back inside where she scooped up her art bag. It was like a carbon copy of her school bag but instead of books, it was filled with art supplies. She also grabbed her headphones in all their oversized glory, smirking at the fact that they were much bigger than her actual MP3 player. She hung them over her ears, letting the strap that usually rested on the head, fall back behind hers and closed the door behind her, wandering outside the hotel where she stretched one last time. She hit play on her iPod then slipped it into her pocket allowing OK Go to lighten her mood. Even though their songs were depressing, they were often up beat, so she began to walk, singing to herself, "Crash or burn, crash or burn, crash or burn, Patience is the hallmark of the old and the infirm, Lived and learned, lived and learned, lived and learned~" She had no clue what she was doing today, but she kind of enjoyed the fact that her day held that slight hint of mystery.
