AWESOME day!

I just had an AWESOME day!

I went to school as per usual, (leaving home 2 hours before class to get there on time) and on my way there, i remembered there was a seminar going on that I had to ask my head Chef about being able to go to. So I called him up and asked, he was cool with it, so I get changed into my whites and head to the auditorium and get to watch two famous chefs of the Chocolate academy in Quebec do a demo of several chocolate treats. my GOD the chocolates they were using were so AMAZING! I got to hand out samples and taste some myself, learn about 15 different kinds of chocolate that were used in the demo, (and try 'em ) and tell passers-by about them. I LOVE this! This is TOTALLY what my passion is! Baking and Pastries and Chocolatiering is my life. I didn't know where to stick this, but I was just so friggin PSYCHED about this. I'm still wired from the chocolate I had (I also got to take home about 5 lbs of different chocolates )

Sweet bro... quite literally. But anyway, that's awesome, good to know what your passion is.. I never thought those traversing shows men really brought many people into an alternative type of job.
