Tabby laughed, throwing her head back. "The good side? No, bounty hunters don't have sides. I go with what looks fine or profitable at the time." Her laughter subsided and and she stared off into memory. "Yeah, I've been doing some 'bad side' stuff since I was a kid, simply because I wanted to. I'm sure you've done, or at least wanted to do similar." Piyo returned with the food piled up. She winked at Tabby as she laid it all down on the table.
"Dig in," she said, and left with a giggle. Tabby smirked then looked back to Chronin.
"So, since you don't want to be my trophy, maybe i should learn a bit about you." She tore off a bit of chicken and chewed. "So get talking."
Security and engineering crews at already appeared at the Sphere's newly sealed hole, and circled around the unconscious hyena. An official with a large red stripe down the left side of his jacket yelled into a megaphone.
"Do not go near him, this is a primary order, nobody is to go near that person. Through the crowd, a group of heavily armoured engineers ran in with a ceramic dome with a box attached on the outside. They dropped it on top of him and taped the box setting it into life, flaring hyper-heated plasma through holes in the ceramic. The plasma formed to the shape of the dome, created a barrier that would vaporise anything that touched it. The official turned on a communicator.
"Ma'am, we've got the being. He pretty much punched his way through the barrier," he said.
"Alright, ask him some questions, see if he's able to talk," Kateri Peralta replied on the other side.
David nodded, then stumbled over to Jaack's bed. "Okay, well lets see how you're doing then, eh?" He examined his eyes, checked his pulse and his breathing. Everything was working too hard and too fast. His chest was heaving and his breathing ragged. "Aw hell." The snake searched through his cupboards, and found more of the drug, adminestering it as quick as he could. With shaking hands and unsure footing, it took a few tries to get the vein. "I flipping hate these jumps. How you people handle it I've no idea." He used the bed to hold himself up, and turned around to lean back against it, facing Blaze. "You sure you're okay, kid?"
