Vuranin's hair turned into an inferno as she vanished from sight, then reappeared to splatter Nero's tar-like form with an open palm.

"If I found you in a secured facility, within a quarantine zone..." she pointed to the biohazard sign on the right wall.

"...something obviously went wrong. As for the title 'glorious retreiver', you obviously neglected your job of keeping the dimensions seperated!!" She rubbed the top of her snout with her talons, and walked back to the door with her head hung low and voice near un-audible.

"Why is Everflame so important, its not like we can't make another one; and why is it, that Howl and Seeker can go back if they fail, but I can't?!" The door became visibly dented as she finished her sentence with an enraged fist. She turned back around, and her hair became a blue flame as she sat against the door, and looked back at the reassembled 'tar'.

"I need a few minutes to calm down... then I'll leave you alone."

"I'M HerE OF MY OwN FreE WilL...AnD I WilL TakE ThE EverflamE EventuallY.  It'S A LoT MorE ThaN YoU Can SaY, ExilE."  The Nero-thing began to steam and evaporate.  Soon it was gone, leaving only the destroyed door to indicate it was ever there.

Leo found himself having a hard time keeping up with the way things were going as is, but made a few notes to understand some distinct things. He began to rub his chin leaning on the wall listening intently on the entire conversation. "...So the hyena is from a different dimension, same for who ever is behind the door and everflame." He then flinched after hearing a loud bang his head quickly turning to the door his face soon turned to a frown now that the door was dented in a way where there wasnt a simple way out unless it was hopefully knocked down. He slid down the wall to the floor growling "Looks like were not getting out anytime soon" he commented about the door loud enough so it could be heard as a muffle, made in an attempt so the mass of tar will talk the dragon into knocking the door down.

Tabby flicked her tail with agitation.
"That boy'boy's too messed up and not messed up enough." She sighed. "Whatever, he can keep being the ball of spikes all he wants. Do you mind if I watch you work out?" She looked over his body, seeing the curve of his muscles, and licked her lips. "It's entertatining".

After the Nero thing evaporated, Leia collapsed to the ground unconscious. Kane and Abel stood at the back, staring in disbelief.
"What the hell is going on?!" the leopard said, sticking close to his friend.

Tess walked down the empty steel corridor, now up in the upper levels of the carrier. Behind her trailed Blaze, Yuri and RUST-E, the latter watching Blaze carefully. The group stopped at a wide T-junction, Yuri turning one way, Tess and Blaze the other "Hey Yuri! Dont forget that inhibitor for RUST-E! If you can get it for under fifty creds I'l love ya!"
She smirked, turning back to Blaze who had inadvertently  flinched at what she had just said... The pair continued to walk together down the corridors, the little droid following close behind Blaze....

Finally they reached the entrance to hangar, Tess leant close to Blaze unzipping her overalls and pulling out a wad of credits from an inside pocket "Okay man... I got somthing i really need you to do for me... Give this to that guy who's ship you came in... Tell 'im he can have the full lot, I'm happy with what i got... I'm gonna go get some bunk time before new shifts..."
She smiled, leaning closer and kissing him lightly on the cheek "Thanks man.... And for the record... I heard what you wanted to ask me at the mag-tracks..." With that she smirked, turning and walking away with a spring in her step. Behind her whirred RUST-E, the little droid watching Blaze suspiciously...

Jetho shook his head, and pointed at the door.

"No offense, but I don't feel like being eye-candy while on the job; plus he already told me how you called him a 'toy', or 'boy, whatever the first letter was." he stopped for a moment to center his thoughts then nudged her at the door.

"I'm not gonna' be a scape-goat for your issues, you either work it out, or go without eye-candy!" He yelled before the door shut and locked behind her, while Chronin's was still unlocked...

Vuranin finally settled down after the leopard's outburst, and had silently gotten back up to only vanish again...

Tabby shook her head as she was ushered out, and gave a long, head shaking sigh after the door closed behind her.
"Ugh, why does everyone have to question my motives?" She grumbled to herself and headed back to her room, closing the door and dropping herself onto her bed. "Bleh, I hate people. Stupid people." She closed her eyes, trying to get to sleep.

Blaze walked up the entrance ramp to David's ship, tail flicking excitedly behind him. Tess hadn't exactly said yes, and sure he hadn't really asked her properly... But still... He walked down the steel corridors towards the cockpit, slamming a fist several times on the wall as he walked"Yo! Mr. David? Tess sent me with your credits for some engine part... I dont know about you but I'd quite like some bunk-time tonight, so hurry it up if ya could dude.."

Tess yawned widely, sliding into one of the communal bunk-beds. Above her another engineer snored and rolled over with a creak of bedsprings. She pulled the covers up to her chin, and patted the pitted and scratched head of RUST-E beside the bed. The little droid was plugged into a wall power socket, and gave a little beep of satisfaction before powering down.

Tess sighed, settling back in her pillow. Around her the ship groaned and hummed, accompanied by the sounds of fifty or so people sleeping. It was times like this, in the twilit world between waking and sleeping, that she wondered... wondered what it would be like to leave the Mechanicus Carrier....

The door slid open to a heavy eyed, yawning snake. David stretched, and licked the air, smelling the engine component, and looking Blaze over.
"You sure seem mobile for someone recovering from a near fatal bacterial infection. You can't be feeling too good, and your mum can't possibly approve." His voice was measured, yet piercing, his words wriggling into crevices as he examined Blaze's face. His eyes narrowed, and he took the engine component. "Thanks. Maybe you could get your girlfriend to help me install it." He flicked a slight twist of his mouth into a smile, then turned took one final look over the cockpit, seeing ships come and go through the viewscreen. One of the arrivals was a large, regal craft, covered in glowing golden markings on its rounded sides coloured an earthy red. Several curved sections that rotated around it, flashing blue from beneath their dark shells. David cocked his head, and his mind twisted around it, trying to figure it out.

"I dont even know anymore..." Leo said kneeling down a bit to adjust Leia to a bit more of a safer position after makeing sure she was fine "They both want the same thing obviously and unless you have the clearance for it you might as well give up hope." he finaly growled before walking up to the door placeing his ear on it seeing if anyone was still out there, but the dragon was no longer still out there "Ok... Are they going to cut the door open or just leave us locked in here..." he asked patting on the dent that would keep it from opening.

Abel stood up, and headed with purposeful speed towards Leia, while Kane stood back.
"After that little show, I don't think anyone's leaving any time soon." Kane said. "Especially not her." Abel reached down and gathered up the ferret, before heading over to a blank wall. A section of it dissolved until he could step through and it closed behind him.

Blaze wrinkled his nose, frowning back "She's not my... I mean... I was never one to do what my ma'm said..." He leant around David, watching the ship land with a woosh of discharged CO2 and flashing landing lights. He sighed, leaning heavily against the wall of the ship "But your right man, I'l go get some bunk-time now... I'l see what I can do about gettin' Tess to help ya there..." With that he left, giving one curious look at the ship plastered across the view screen...

As people headed to bed, sleeping to the sound of the carrier engines, others were waking for the night shift, with activities continuing constantly, just cycling through the workers. In the morning, David woke in the cockpit, and used the little energy he had, flicking on the heaters, hidden all around him. He had a little smile and lay motionless, curled up in his pilot chair.

Meanwhile, Reggie was stirring, feeling someone elses fur between his fingers, and waking up to the scent of dried blood and sex. His eyes flickered, giving the slightest vision of Annie's sleeping face. The clouding of sleep wreathed her in an angelic glow, and he reached along her side to feel her in his arms.

Blaze groaned, pulling his covers further over his head. Outside his minuscule bunk-room someone hammered heavily on the door with their fist "Wake up ya lazy half-breed! Breakfast servin' in five minutes down in the mess hall, and I aint savin' you anythin' like last time!"

With a deep sigh, Blaze stood up ungainly, walked over to the steel door and opened it with the press of a button. It slid, and in fell Tess, fist outstretched to knock again on the door. She jumped back to her feet, ignoring Blaze's protesting groans of pain "C'mon dude... Breakfast!..." She paused, throwing a reasonably clean pair of trousers at him "And while your at it get dressed... Seriously, guys are the skankiest..."

Annie gave a wide yawn, ending the lazy motion with her muzzle resting against Reggie's powerful chest. She looked up at him, curling up even further next to him seeking warmth under the thin bedcovers... She muttered under her breath, voice half muffled in Reggie's fur "Morning handsome..."

Reggie stretched a little smile, then closed his eyes tight before opening them again.
"Nope," he said. "This is real." He gave a breath of a chuckle, and kissed Annie, holding her close, feeling his body against hers. Then, three knocks hit the door, snapping the sleepy glow.
"Ms Yantova, are you there? Your presence has been requested by the heads of Internal Justice." The voice through was male, but light and tinted with a certain chipper twist. Reggie groaned and rolled his eyes.
"Peace, I want some peace," he mumbled into Annie's ear.
