Anyone able to edit the online encyclopedia dramatica?

So today i was looking around the forum and discovered furaffinity, however when i went to go onto the site i noticed the page explaining the website. Inside this page was some god awful stuff, and i mean like really really really hurtful angry stuff....

the guy even said furries caused 9/11....and that we support hitler....and loads more stuff..... :'(

Having shown CoCo the webpage via msn we agreed we had to at least try to find someone who could change the information so that it wasnt so biased and hurtful....

Also me and Coco have both seen the webpage and it has really dented our view of the fandom....

...and to add insult to injury the guy put porn onto the page (hypocrite) so that anyone reading it has to wade through profane images which further aim to insult the fandom....

if you have any control over the webpage me and CoCo urge you to change it.... :'( :'(

That's what encyclopedia dramatica does. Insult people. It's basically an entire wiki written by trolls.

well i suppose nothing more can be done then, however, zephyr with your permission may i create a thread in the help ad suggestions thread to warn others of the encyclopedia dramatica's biased views and often profane nature?

I heard a lot about furries, reading ED but just saw it as written by trolls, met some furries and got talking and found what it's really about. So I found out for myself what this is about and looked past the images people slap on, if people can't look past an image people put on a subculture then that's their loss.

Besides, what do you think would happen? they'd write up another page of course

Sorry if it sounds a bit harsh, but the way I see it, nothing anyone says should make you feel any diffrent about the things you love.

Like with video games. If someone picks at you calling you a nerd for playing them, does it make you not like them as much?

They say because they have different view of Furry meme. that is one web not liking. Very many people do like furry's and will. I dont see how people make fun of with porn. Thats what some people look at. Not all. Its Profiling really.

So basically; The Encyclopedia Dramatica mostly contains biased opinions from trolls and bizarre conspiracy theories based around the group of people they dislike...

What really gets to me is the person whom has written such offensive and hurtful comments has actually allocated an amount of their time into doing so (i guess this because the web page has 5 or more paragraphs of insults)

...i suppose in the end it dwindles down to the fact that,quite frankly, we are who we are and regardless of the harsh criticism and insults said by others the only persons opinion that actually matters is our own.

more likely they were once Furry material. Must got mad about something that happened on forums. So then decided write hurtful things since of getting anger. hopefully they get over and delete.
