[pheonixrebirth]

Pheonixrebirth had finished constructing a nest that for once, wouldn't catch fire. "finally. that took forever without teflon..." *heaves slightly* time for a nice sleep.....

[Nali]

Nali felt sick, she was so tired.  she wiped the tears from her cheeks as she approached a forest.  She'd been running for hours, on the run for days though.  Her family and friends chased her away, calling her a freak.  She sighed and kept walking before hearing a noise and breaking out into a run.  She rammed into a tree, falling back a few feet, and knocking pheonixrebirth out of his nest, but she didn't notice him.

[pheonixrebirth]

"oww... aww,, i jut finished building that!" *tears start welling in his eyes* "that took me a week to fireproof...." *looks at nali" so who are you, running into people's homes and wrechking them?"

[Nali]

"Hm?"  Nali turned her head and saw pheonix.  "¿Qué?  ¿Quién es usted?"  She replied, looking over him.  she'd never seen anyone like that, but she didn't have much trouble believing it, she had cat-ears and a tail, after all, so other human-animal combos weren't so far from her imagination.

[pheonixrebirth]

"i said 'what do you think you are doing wrecking homes?' it took me a week to build that and make it able to resist my collapses." *turns away and starts crying, unable to repair his nest alone*

[Nali]

Nali looked at pheonix confused.  "No entiendo.  ¿Hay algo mal?"  She asked, seeing him saddened.  "¿Puedo ayudarte?"

[pheonixrebirth]

"can you speak english please? trying to find this place and materials take all my time, i can't translate." pheonixrebirth starts picking though the crashed nest lookign for something to salvage.... or looking for something

[Nali]

"¿In...glés?"  Nali asked, she looked troubled.  "I... don't know... lot... English...."  She struggled to say.  "But... I'll.... try...."

[pheonixrebirth]

"thanks, that's better. I just finished this nest and started to sleep... no!" *pulls out a mangled laptop* "my prized possession.... destroyed..." *picks it up and walks away a ways and sits on a stump, trying to assess the damages, crying.*

[Nali]

"I... sorry..."  Nali said to pheonix, looking at the destroyed nest.  "I didn't... know... you in... uh... tree."  She sighed.  English was so difficult, luckily she managed to pick up a bit, but she doubted she could keep a conversation going in it for too long, unless the topic never strayed from the two from which she knew some words and phrases.

Pheonixflames continued looking at his mangled laptop. he pressed the power key, and the screen cracked in two. "why me..... i did everything right.... why did my one possession have to get destroyed" he says to himself. "i need to head nto town for a bit, you can rest in this clearing for awhile if you want, you're several miles from the town, but i won't be long." pheonix grabs a small bag and gingerly slips it into the bag, then leaps into the air with a few flaps of his wings. shortly he returned without the bag, face grim.

[Nali]

Nali watched pheonix take off.  "Puede volar...."  She muttered.  She laid down in the clearing, tired.  She sighed and closed her eyes.  "Echo de menos su casa...."  She said, a few tears collecting in her eyes.

"they can gather the info off the hard drive, and my insurance will cover it... but the laptop was my favorite thing.... there's no way i can build another nest with this.... oh, and here" *tosses her a copy of rosetta stone: english* "you'll need this"

[Nali]

Nali looked at the thing pheonix tossed her.  "Don't know... use this...."  She said to him, sitting up and rubbing her eyes.  "What's... name of you?"  She asked him.  "'I'm called Nali."

"i raised myself, i knew little of anything, buy i knew i wouldn't die, and i was a pheonix, so pheonixrebirth seemed a good idea. that thing i gave you will help you learn english easily. i recomend you trying it. as for me, i'm going to try to actually rebuild this home of mine lower to the ground so this won't happen again."
