[pheonixrebirth]

"dang, that girl can sleep. i hope she likes what i'm doing for her... but i needed to do something besides surf the web all day long." he set aside the wooden items and walked into the forest to gather the metals to fix the house with plumbing. "i needed to learn these skilla anyways." he started forming the pipes out of metals he had scrapped up in a pile, and carried the pipes back to the house and started welding them to the fixtures they needed to go to. "let's see... into the water heater... to the shower... sink... and to the tub." he placed the sink and other appliances where they needed to go, and got everything ready. "i've worked well, but haven't hurt myself this time. i'm hppy..." he climbed up to the nest and took the well deserved rest he wanted to.

[Nali]

Nali heard even more noise, she knew it was something going on.  She focused on waking up, but her body refused.  She sighed and gave up again, deciding to just stay in her fantasy world until she was rested.  suddenly, she realized something.  She wasn't having a dream, but a nightmare.  This day played out just as the day she was forced to leave.  She began to panic.  "No, no, yo no quiero esto!"  She yelled, sitting up instantly, breathing heavily.  She wiped the tears from her eyes, though they continued to stream.  through them she managed to see the results of pheonix's work.  She sat in the center of the home, hugging her legs to her chest, pressing her face into her knees crying.

"nali? i've finished building some things for you... is everything ok?" pheonix walked in and saw her curled up "what's wrong?"

[Nali]

Nali looked up and wiped the tears from her eyes.  "Dream...."  She mumbled.  She looked around.  "Love it... thank you...."  She said, forcing a smile.

[pheonixrebirth]

"you look cold though, i don't have any blankets, but i'll try this." he wraps his wings around her trying to warm her up with a hug "is that better?"

[Nali]

Nali hugged pheonix, pressing her face into his chest, tears flowing again.  "Thank you... Phoenix."  She said, barely able to make out her own words.  She tightened her hold on him.

"bad dream, i guess, it happens... i had them for the longest times after i started raising myself. i recently stopped having them... it was about my parents being... kiled in ways they couldn't be brought back."

[Nali]

Nali nodded.  "Dream of day... day i left...."  She said before her tears increased their speed.  "I... miss home."

[pheonixrebirth]

"i miss my home.. wherever it may be.... do you want me to help you go back there? i could get you there quickly... or did something happen?"

[Nali]

"I...."  Nali sighed.  "Had leave."  She said, leaving it at that.  Of course there was more, she knew pheonix would pick that up.  "Bad stuff."  She stopped talking, she tried instead to stop her tears and they did slow somewhat.

"i understand what might be happening, your family doesn't approve of your extras, do they?" he patted her ears and gestured at her tail. "it was probably easier keeping those hiden than all of myself." he said "fire red and orange fathers aren't common hair colors or styles. I just defend myself when i need to." he readjusted his brassard on himself "that's better."

[Nali]

Nali hesitated, she barely understood that time.  "No talk...."  She said, she knew roughly what he was talking about, why she left.  She had just stopped her tears though and didn't want them to start again, so she was done talking about it.  "So, why make?"  She asked, gesturing to the home he'd built.

i didn't think you had anywhere else to go, and i needed a base for my nesting area, follow me." he leads her outside and up the ladder and shows her his nest. "not too bad? rain won't get in." he looks proud of his little nest he built

[Nali]

Nali followed pheonix to look at the nest and she made herself smile again.  "I like."  She told him.  "Thank you."  She leaned against him, what little energy she'd gathered from her short sleep was running out on her already.

"you need to rest some more it seems. have you eaten recently? i was about to go hunting." he asked, almost being protective of her.
