You can find a cheesy site to make you one, or just make one yourself~ If yall want, I can make yall some. There real easy for me to put together. Just gimme a few descriptions and I'll put them on my server for you guys to put in your signatures.

I thought those things were just gif's that people randomly put together. Never really thought much about them, but couldn't you just upload them to photobucket and use the direct links?
