Favorite video game character(s) and why?

Just throwing a question out there. So who are your favourite video game characters (can be ANYONE from ANY game) from what game are they in and why. Put the series or game name first, then the character(s), then why last.

Pokemon       Lucario and Flareon     Pokemon is just the greatest concept ever. Imaginative and magical but still realistic in a way, i would love for the world to be the pokemon world or to be one of those two pokemon. Probably Lucario       

Klonoa         Klonoa            I love the concept of dreams and Klonoa himself is really interesting looking. I really liked him the day i saw him. Again, like to be him (or his species)

Sonic           Tails         Hes smart. He has two tails, is furry, and can fly.

Thats all i got for now. I wanna see some interesting things here.

Sonic & Knuckles: Sonic 3 - Sonic because after collecting the chaos emeralds in the bonus stages you can go super sonic which is basically instant victory unless you fall to your death, then if you get another 7 chaos emeralds in the expansion of Sonic & Knuckles then you get Super Chaos Emeralds which give you Sonic's hyper form. Not the easiest thing to do if it's your first attempt, but it's worth it!

Jak and Daxter - Daxter because he is the most adorable ottsel *weasel/otter hybrid* that has some charisma and guns... then eventually PANTS!

Ratchet and Clank - Captain Quark because he is the most hilarious antagonist/occasional-protagonist and anti-hero I have come across besides perhaps Zapp Brannigan from Futurama.

Sly Cooper and the Thievius Racconus - Murray is THE man because he's pink, strong, and going to do anything to fight for his friends.

Golden Sun - I'm going to have to say that my favorite character isn't even a playable character, but he's just so AWESOME. I'm going to have to say Alex is probably my favorite character because he is always so distant, calm, and just plain cool and perhaps the most powerful character in the game series even though he is a water elemental user.

I can't think of anything else at the moment, I'll perhaps update this post later.

Nikio Belic: Main character in GTA 4 he is just awesome, self independent and trusted. Plus his accent is awesome 

Sonic and Tails: In the game Saga Superstar Tennis they are for me the best player's in their

Captain 'Soap' Mctavish: From the game Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 he is my favourite person, He is just so funny and awesome

Master Chief: In the Game Halo: 3 he is just so self independent and can kill almost anything

Gears 2 - Skorge and carmine    Skorge is just beastly and awesome and carmine...well...hes carmine.

Star wars, the force unleashed - Proxy   He had a darth mual simulation.

Your Generic enemy in every FPS game ever - They're just so dedicated to their jobs, it ISN'T funny, even when they're losing, they go out to the last man

Adrian Shepard - Half Life Opposing force = HECU trooper sent to kill scientists, now has to work with them, in parallel with Gordon Freeman, and you have the option of causing a time paradox in OpFor

Spartans = Halo Series  they're super human, their armor is so amazingly powerful it broke a normal human's arm... to make the arm armor move. And THEY CAN FLIP OVER TANKS
WITH THEIR HANDS

Carmines - Gears of War= if i didn't include Carmine, i wouldn't be gabag

Johnson: Dont make him take off his belt. Also he doesnt want to kill aliens, they're just too ugly to let live.

Hehe. Yeah that Niko Belic is freaking hilarious with his voice. Set him on fire its the funniest thing! Although i like Carl Johnson from San andreas more cause hes so...gangster like and swears constantly. But then Niko is so clueless of things sometimes. Hehe.

Rouge the Bat= Not only because one day all the world's jewels will belong to her, but because she won't lose to the likes of you. Shadamy or Shadouge= Yeah I know it's a couple but whatever. April Ryan (from The Longest Journey)= Because you gotta love a girl who manages to be sarcastic and make fun of things even when her enemies have the upper hand. And, finally Namine (from Kingdom Hearts 2)= I would have picked Riku because he's hot but I picked her because shes so mysterious.

I have to admit Tony from GTA Liberty City Stories was a mobster, and i mean mobster. He wore suits and had a gang etc..

I always liked Zidane from Final Fantasy 9. He was really laid back guy.......with a tail. 
And he always flirted or joked which was always funny to me.

Hmm, off th top of my head:
King of Fighters series- Ash Crimson   I just love his manly flamboyant personality. I find it hilarious that he actually taunts the final bosses of the games in that playful little tone, especially when it's supposed to be all serious *To Mukai*"You're an eye sore" *To Magaki*"Your skill isn't even worth talking about" *To Jivatma*Sorry, I'm a little busy right now, can you go away?" *After Jivatma's response*"Lame* *Wins against Jivatma*A fitting end for an insect, don't you think? Burn in a pretty way for me!". His other quotes are pretty funny too He's a nice change from the big, muscly, macho tough guys (Who I never really even use ). His fighting style's pretty fun, especially his kiss blowing fireball move. Also, IMO, his nails are pretty cool looking. Unfortunately, my mom and little sister think that he's the reason my nails are long, but he's not  I just hate that they killed him off with a time paradox. I guess I won't be using him in the next KOF games -_-

Castlevania Judgment- Cornell   Usually in fighting games, I end up using the girls because the guys usually end up being too big, too heavy, too slow, or all of them at once....unless they're a Wolf/Werewolf. In that case, my gift/curse kicks in, and I end up with that character as my best, learning them quickly, and somehow taking down computers easily even if the character is the slowest/heaviest/biggest/etc. in the game (which some of my mains in some other games are). Cornell is a little heavy feeling, but boy is he fast in his attacks It's fun faking CPUs out with his howl then dodging their Hyper Attack, especially against Death Ended up being able to take down max difficulty Dracula pretty easily in 10 days. I also feel sorry for the poor guy. The good guys want to kill him, the bad guys want to capture him, and Aeon's being, well, Aeon. He also hates being a werewolf even though he can control it, although I kind of see why -_-'
Cornell:*To good guys* No one will listen to reason from the mouth of a beast...
Good Guys:*In a nutshell* DIE!!!

Cornell:*To Bad Guys* No matter how often you threaten or beg, I will never join you!

Cornell:*To Dracula* I will never serve you! Die!

Castlevania Judgment- Aeon  Fun to use, but not as fun as Cornell. His taunting can get annoying to some, but I love it "*Smugly* An afterimage!*, "Not quite", "I'm over here!*. I was really surprised when I saw that he says something different to each character during his hyper attack, something I've never seen in a fighting game before (See here) Then there's his catch phrase: "Right on Time!"  My little sister hates it

Sonic Series- Tails     Smart, flies, swims, mechanical genius, not a show-off, or arrogant. Always preferred using Tails over Sonic, even in the old games.

Final Fantasy IV            Cecil Harvey          He is a dinamic character that was a dark knight for the evil kingdom of Barren. He later said farewell to his bloodstained past, and became  a paladin. He then set a course for honor and rightousness. As a bonus, he is actually half Lunarian. (His dad was from the moon)         He is the ultimate example of a terific rpg hero.

The Splinter Cell series - Sam Fisher - He's surprisingly athletic for an old guy and he has a dark sense of humour that I always seem to find amusing.

Breakdown - Solus - He may have been the main bad guy of the game, but he was still awesome. His speech was off a little because he didn't understand english and he was inhumanly fast and strong.

Stubbs the Zombie: Rebel without a pulse - Stubbs - Do I really need a reason? You play as a zombie, eating people's brains and use your internal organs as grenades. How many other game characters can do that!

Strider from Half life 2 :   They are tall, evil, and funny.

Heavy from Tf2 :    some of the lines he say when doing that emote thing are really funny.
