*stops chasing his tail and sits down in shock at this statement* I resent that! (not really, but I still feel compelled to respond) I've been interested in/researching dinosaurs since I was four or five years old. I am fully aware of the fact that their tails are less flexible than those of todays animals. However I fail to see how that would have affected your ability to catch me my interest in dinosaurs taught me that a spinosaurus would be far slower than a wolf (which is the one characteristic of my fursona that has never changed) and so I still wonder how you would have caught me . *decides that Drake must be getting bored and pounces* Now to more important things. Will you help me catch Drakes tail?

well, I believe a dinosaur would run faster than a wolf.  After all, four legs good, two legs better xP  But seriously, the longer legs and immense musculature  for the fact that this was a predator (most likely solo so no traps) would mean it would have to run some decent speeds, like maybe up to 45 or more!  So I can definitely help

*sits on Drake's tail so he cant escape* Sorry Zombie, I've done a LOT of research in my life. Gallimimus was probably the fastest dinosaur and it topped out at around 40 mph. Larger carnosaurs would have been slower. I think Tyrannosaurus would have had a top speed of around 25-30 mph which would probably be the same as spinosaurus. Wolves would have been closer to the gallimimus for speed, thus leading me to conclude that I would outrun you. *noms Drake's tail*

actual animal stats mean nothing here.......i mean unless you are currently built to the actual standards of your species you wouldn't have the same specs. so to put it bluntly........zom even if a Dino of your spices could top over 45, you can't.......i mean you would defiantly have the edge over any human but in over all black would be faster due to being closer to actual specs..............you weren't listening were you?........
