look at my 5000 pounds of bite force, rigid tail with which to thwack, three inch claws and then there's unconventional attacks like headbutting and punching...  Anyways, I should think myself the better predator here... oh and I got the claws on my feet, making kicks quite something.
EDIT: Lets drop the biology wars before it becomes a flame war... wouldnt want that happening.
