Vampires vs Zombies (Open to all)

October 05, 2011:- The Chrones Corperation starts looking into ways to reanimate the dead for army purposes and to help solve disease and crime. The head of this research being, world renoun biologist and chemist, Julian Chronses. The second in charge, his daughter, Cassandra Chrones.

December 14, 2015:- The Zombie Virus prototype is made. Named after its ablity to bring people back from the dead.

January 04, 2016:- The government grants Chrones Corporation the ability to trial the Zombie Virus Prototype on a human subject.

January 10, 2016:- A human test subject is choosen and injected with The Zombie Virus 48 hours after death. He is reanimated, however, only with the most basic of instincts and no intelligance. Also, the aggression in the subject was many times that of a normal human levels. The subject was named Zombie Patient Zero.

January 11, 2016: A scientist is biten by Zombie Patient Zero. After becoming infected through the bite, the scientist killed his entire team, the scientist is killed by security. The Chrones Corporation is shut down and Zombie Patient Zero is to be terminated the following day.

January 12, 2016: Zombie Patient Zero escapes.

March 12, 2016: 80% of the worlds population is infected. Humanity stands on the brink of extinction. Chrones Corporations scientists start to work on an Antivirus...

But is it too late?

What happened when the change started: Halfeb worked in an office, data entry, when it all happened. He was a big fan of zombie movies and games, so, he knew and had followed the rules to survive zombie apocolypse. He was travelling home from work on the train when the train broke down and was attacked by a group of zombies. He managed to escape with a few of the others and has been fighting ever since. He had heard about a final retreat of the uninfectd in a military base across the country. He started his way there and is now stealing and fighting his way there.


We're all on our way to this military base, which is how we kinda all meet up. Keep reading to find out more)

The dust rose from the Australian sands as a white ute buckles its way down the dirt road. It was a well ridden truck, done more then its fair share in its recent time. Not only dirt and sand covered the white ute, but blood too. Infected blood. Its driver obviously did not care for anything in its way.

Inside, in the drivers seat, sat Halfeb. His face was grim. He had been fighting for the past 2 months and was very over it. What he wouldn't give just to be able to sit back and relax for once. There was no traffic on the dirt roads. So, he didn't really have to pay much attention. Just not crash.

As he thought that, the engine started to clank and shake. "[removed]" Halfeb grumbled as he saw a gas station in the middle of nowhere up ahead. Maybe a little bit of luck... for once. He knew it would have to be a quick stop. He had no idea about what infected could be around...

What happened when the change started: A stand-alone fighter for the rights of others and a grizzled veteran when it comes to sniping, Many was traveling through the UK before the virus spread. Now he believes he could be one of the only left...

Nottingham was an urban desert. All was quiet. Many steadily made his way through the streets, always ready for the next wave of infected. He had fought his way through the south, trying his hardest to survive. While these 'zombies' were stupid, they were strong and they were in vast numbers. A direct fight between him and them would be suicide. Stealth was the only option now. He was looking, constantly hoping that maybe he wasn't the only one who survived. Maybe if he made his way to the airport for the Mass Evac he could get away. Hopefully the UK was the only place infected...

Halfeb got out of his ute and made to see if the pumps were still wrking. He saw they had to be turned on inside. He grabbed his 12 gauge and his bat and walked up to the station and blew the hadle and lock off the door. He looked around, no infected outside. he kicked open the door. An old man ran at him, snarling, He lifted his gun and blew the mans head clean off his shoulders. He then waited. Nothing. He walked in, the light shining in the windows. He walked in and turned on the generator. Still, nothing. There must have been no one around for miles, but, then, how did the old man get infected? Something wasn't adding up. He started filling up petrol before taking a look at the engine. It was pritty badly banged up. He returned inside to get bits and pieces to fix his engine, before coming out and getting to it.

What happened when the change started: you know someone once said "if u make money from war, your scum, if u cant make money from bounty hunting, your an idiot" , red used to hunt down the most visious criminals, where the dead or alive rule didnt count, they all came back the same way. after the outbreak he survived on his own, moing building to building , just constanly running.

the hatch sqeked open atop the broken down cold war tank, it has been where red had been living for the last 3 days, he lit his cigar and glared in to the interior of a neerbye car, he steped bak and shattered the window with a hard kick to the side window, he opened the door jammed a knife into the ingnition and yanked out the wiring , a couble of sparks later he was speeding along a deserted highway, towards the abondoned gas station where the others were.

Halfeb finally fixes his car, but, it kept bugging him that the guy got infected with no one around for miles. He grabs his things and starts to look around inside and finds the freezer, filled with good food. Think of waste not, want not, he grabs it and starts to pile it into his ute. Needing to take a few trips.

Clothing: long cargo pants, black t shirt, a black in-graved collar, a military berets and a sand colored overcoat
Colors and markings: dark brown scales with a dark yellow underbelly and darker yellow eyes
10 essential items: his custom winchester, a katana, his L96 sniper rifle, a sports bag to carry his weapons and all his ammo, a torch, battery's, thermal binoculars, ammo, food and water in a second sand colored sports bag.
What happened when the change started: as a member of a group called the ryu kage (the political version of mercenary's) he has seen his fair share of war and confidential (under the rug) political activity's, now the last living member he has had to kill his former comrades twice over. alone and well trained he is heading to his objective, the old base that is being evacuated, the source of all this commotion.


"it seams i missed one." said the tall lizard walking up behind the dingo after his second trip inside. "where you headed?"

He spins around, pulling his twelve guage and pointing it at the lizard, before looking him over. "who are you?" He asked , slightly pointing down his shotgun.

[Flyin']

Still silence. Many was getting near the airport now. He was starting to risk it and make short dashes in plain daylight. If any of them saw him he would have problems hiding. He notice one lone zombie feasting on a corpse. He can't be alone, but he was blocking Many's path. He quickly scoped the zombie and took it out with a clean shot.

It was now a open road straight to the airport, but no cover. Many decided to make a run for it. Just as he did several zombies started to dash round the corner after him. He had to run, and run fast...

"serpington, but everyone called me serp for short. and if your going to shot me then you might want to move a bit closer, cos I'm not in the mood for a slow death." he said grabbing his sword and putting it in one of the two sand colored bags. "now are you going to answer my question of arn't there any manners outside the service?"

[Halfeb]

he puts away his gun. "Sorry, can't be to carful, had someone try to kill be because they thought I was a threat to thier food supplies." He put food into his car, "I'm going to Haven, its the last safe haven for the uninfected." He tells Serp, "Don't try and kill me and you can come with." He tells his, he heard something happening inside the petrol station, he draws the shotgun again and slowly walks towards the petrol station.

red stood on the hood of the car about 1/2 a clicksouth of the gas station looking through a pair of binoculars, he spotted the others and thought "better stay out of sight for now"

[serpington]

"i wouldn't go in there. if I'm right then that shotgun won't do you much good." he said calmly retrieving his winchester and checking to see if it was loaded. "oh and a tip, if you see a group of people wearing this emblem," he threw a piece of cloth with the symbol of a black dragon with the words ryu kage above it to the dingo. "then run. for infected they're extremely persistent....and they really don't like to fail the mission."  he slowly got up and walked over to the dingo "i might take that offer of yours. and don't worry, i only shot who i have to." he walked towards the gas station door. "well we had better check on that noise."

Suddenly, from behind red there was a loud crash noise, like someone was smashing open a door. Then a sound that made all thier blood run cold, the sound they never wanted to hear.

Zombies. Lots of zombies.

"Inside!" Halfeb yelled as he ran into the petrol station. "Quickly, in the fridge! Its solid steel, then we just gotta out wait them." He said as he ran into the kitchen.
