Just a couple comments, I like the idea, but with these powers, it might get a little god modding ish

Species: Vampire Bat
Description: Pale skin, looks very humans, other then the sharp teeth, and the wings, but they are mainly hidden
Weapons: A wooden looking cane, with a blade inside
Special abilities: Being a vampire bat, Siyan has cravings for blood, blood of humans is the most satisfying, but a blood of a anthro works just as well. The blood gives him the ability to have a more human look to him, and he he doesn't have blood for a long period of time, he will start to look like an anthro, when he is a full anthro, he often lose his sanity, and will attack on site. He can also fly, using the wind as a power supply, he doesn't have to fly the way the wind is, he has a strange ability, he can take the energy of something, and drain its velocity and use it as he sees fit. There is a limit to this, he can only do this, if something is moving fast enough, ((except the wind)) if something is moving to slow, like if someone is trying to hit him with a bat, he can't stop the bad form having any velocity, but if someone where to shoot him, he can stop the bullet form having any velocity, rendering the bullet useless. A little extra if its windy, he can move at high speeds if he wishes to.
Personality/History: Siyan was born during a time when his kind ((meaning vampire bats)) where the things of legends. They where hunted down and killed, for the strange feeding habits, and he was almost killed as a young boy, that was until he learned of his ability. He was cornered by a wealthy man, he carried around a cane, and it held a hidden blade inside. The man cut Siyan's face, and had him cornered, he was about to die, until a sudden gust, gave him the ability to move at incredible speeds, the man didn't even see him move, before Siyan used his speed to knock the man off a cliff, he took the cane, and has been in hiding ever since. He uses his ability to blend, to hide with normal humans, because there are so tasty, he always has something of the more, sophisticated look on, but that's to hide his wings, and they do that the best. When he feed's on someone, he can heal them up using his saliva, and it will just give the look of a bruises, and they forget what happened. Before the war started, he deiced to settle down with a girl he feel in love with, she was an anthro. They had a child together, it was a girl, half fox, half bat. The bat side was very much suppressed, and will not show until her later years, but when the war starred, he took his child and sent her on a train to go in hiding. When he came home he saw that his house was full of humans, and they had killed his wife, among other things, they where coming out side when he found her body, and it was a windy day. In a fit of rage all of his mind was lost and he went full anthro, he jumped down and killed all of them, killing them slowly and painfully, he let one live, with a few missing parts >> , the man told them of what he saw. Or to be more correct of what he didn't see, he saw a gray blur, slowly ripping them all apart, stooping the bullets that would hit him, and he is known know as the night phantom. He hasn't been identified, but he dose enjoy the story's and the fear that eh puts into the men and women of the human race. He is now looking for his daughter, heading to the last anthro city, he has taken a more anthro look, but can't be identified as a bat, seeing how they died out over two hundred years ago. He will kill human and anthor alike to find his last reason to live, and will stop at nothing to save her.
