Months ago, my life was nonstop hell. Something died inside me. It'd come back a little at times, but die again. Tonight, I think it came back to life. Granted, lot of stuff still going on, but I was worried it was permanently dead. Feels good to start to get fully up and running again

Today I completed my GED. The people there said I had very good scores. Tomorrow is my college graduation ceremony and when I meet with my recruiter to do the paper works to get to MEPS so I can enlist. Friday we go out of town for a graduation vacation (first vacation in what 4 years?) and won't be back till Sunday.
I officially survived home till I graduated. And I get to start MY next chapter tomorrow. Probably announce to my family (and dad) next week that I'm enlisting, that's when I am 99.99% certain I'll get kicked out. Objective complete, now onto the next one

Well that was fun. Got to see an old friend I've known since [my troubled] childhood and experience my first casino. Won $24 playing slots, which I used to buy some extra gallons of milk at walmart. Neat.

EDIT: Well, good news for my book's sequel - I have reached Part III! I am that much closer to finishing this book and starting on Book III!

My microwave just died yesterday, and we were going to buy a microwave at Best Buy. ...but then my dad decided to stop at a Garage sale and, guess what, there was a microwave there for 20 bucks, and a good one! ...The cord's too short, so we need to buy an extension, but I still saved money.

At another Garage sale I found a pair of Beatles Yellow Submarine action figures, and as it just so happened I was wearing a Beatles Yellow Submarine shirt. It was too ironic to pass up, and they were cheap, so I bought them. :3

My birdcage was somehow knocked over (there is strong wind atm but it's very sheltered) and one canary (Fawkes) was loose and one (Megatron) was missing! D=


But I actually spotted Meg in a gap between some lattice and corrugated laserlight and managed to catch them both and put them back safely!


So relieved!!
