I finally applied face-to-face at a butcher. I've wanted to go for a job for ages but I never had the guts.

Butchery is hard and repetitive, but you'll learn to cut up meat beautifully and it's a skill that is high in demand in at least the chef industry. I also remember a few years ago that local butcheries were becoming popular again.

I've been a little disappointed since when my spring semester is over that means my ceramics class is also over (at least until the fall semester). But my teacher told me I could come into the studio during the summer session and work on stuff even though I'm not taking summer classes so that's pretty great. I've become a little obsessed with sculpting to be honest ^^;
