Dark Reputation

[Villain]

   Conquest looked at Plague for a moment and sighed, 'Conquest by name, and conquest by nature.' Leaning on her warhammer (which was brandished when Blade attacked) 'Perhaps I have been playing the high stakes, but what else am I supposed to do with my life? Be a slave to the gods? If so my only power is my strength, and they would never allow me and War to be together.' Swinging her warhammer onto her shoulder she breathed, 'Perhaps I am selfish and corrupt, perhaps i'm evil; but it's not like there are no benefits for you brother Plague-- you would be free to own the mortal coil! All I wish is to be with War, and carve my own path.'
   Looking in disgust at Death, she snarled, 'And as for you black sheep, do as you please. You are no brethren of mine and I will destroy you and your pet Villain at any chance I get. Even someone as weak as she could be a tiny threat. And anyway... I have Lucifer himself on my side.'

   Villain found herself back in hell again. Looking at Diablos she nodded and said 'Do you require much else of me this evening?'
'...No, Villain, I do not-- but please don't be reckless in anything you do.'
   'Whats with the sudden concern??' Villain snorted.
'The horsemen are plotting terrible things Villain, and that could include Death. I will not patronise you as to keep you here, but if I think you're exposing yourself to too much harm you will be returned here, understand?!' Diablos asked, standing much taller than Villain's tiny frame.
   '...Jeez, is this what having a parent feels like?' She asked sarcastically. 'Don't worry too much, i'm off to look for one of your sons. Hell is never too far from me.' With that, she teleported to the cool night of the mortal world.

Fae was at the cleansing pool to return the pure spirits, the deep magic of Light pulsed through the air, this was a life bringers sanctuary. she breathed in the clean air slowly before she left the place...she ended up in the same place at that fox bartender, tonight was an easy evening, Jazz played in the place, Fae wore a black party dress. as she walked up to the stand, a different bar tender was there. she asked for a drink, she listened to the slow, easy jazz that played.
"well...your back again"
Fae smiled, the bar tender was back again, now she began to game "yup, needed a break again"
he chuckled "stressful day?"
Fae shrugged "kinda, mostly intense, I need to relax a bit" crossing her legs, she looked at his arms... Light will not be Tolerated said the words, Fae felt a cold chill go up her spine...who was this? luckily he was looking away...her heart pounded fast and her senses were alert and on fire. suddenly she caught sight on something on his cheek that she did not notice before, a symbol she knew all to well..of a bow and arrow, the symbol only Lucifer wore.... as quick as lightning her staff was pulled out and she attacked. he whipped around and caught the staff. he had an evil smile on his face as people watched with horror.
"Lucifer you dirty dog..." she hissed so only he can hear, he frowned "I hate it when people associate me with dogs" he growled, then with powerful force, Fae was flung across the room, hitting the wall. cracking and snapping sounds occurred in Fae's body.
"Tsk Tsk tsk...so your little friend broke my spell...pity, but that was when I was weaker" he walked across the room with an airy grace, then grabbing the paralyzed Fae by the neck as she continued to heal, he lifted her up in the air. his free hand was surrounded by green mist "I'll take that relic now"
Fae gulped for air, she felt her whole neck crush under his unnatural strength, she lifted a leg and kicked him in the face, breaking his nose and jaw. he dropped her, she landed on all fours, finally her body healed. Still standing Lucifer fixed his unnatural handsome face "you sly cat..." he growled, people already ran out, he lifted his hand in the air as he screamed "DIE!"

Death actually seemed hurt at her statement, even though what she desires does indeed bother him. However, he did not show it to the others as much as he bared his claws and stared at Conquest. His voice boomed and the phantasmal wails of the dead could be heard as he spoke. "Why wait for the chance, come and fight me if you wish to conquer Death!!"

A chill spilled from his body and his eyes had a darkness that would cause lesser entities to stop all movement for fear of drawing his attention.

War stepped forward, oozing the same amount of power "I'll show you conquer... because who helped create her?ME!" he roared, raising the infamous sword high in the sky.

"i sence a new friend, i'll bring her here so she can be safe. i don't trust the others after last time." max put a hand his heart and sent a homing beacon to the lighter which revealed a path only villain would be able to see. "it's amazing you havn't absorbed us and gone to wipe them out yourself." mike laughed calmly. "no, i need you guys. sloth can resist lust, wrath smothers envy and glutony devour pride...and greed...um.." max and mike both looked up at dorian who calmly looked backsmiling. "oh don't worry, i know i'm useless against the others, hec i can't even fight a strong human wothout awakening first." "your not completely useless." dorian let out a light hearted laugh while still smiling calmly i can sweep up the ashes you guys leave behind and drag you back here after the fighting but thats about it."

[Villain]

   Villain breathed as the lighter lit up again (it caused her a small shock) And saw light leading her to a path. I guess Max sensed me already. with that, she began to follow it to a run down looking building. She casually strolled in to see four furs, with one asleep. Spotting Max amongst them she nodded, 'So what's with the party? Are these your 'Brothers'?'

   Lucifer had gone to strike Fae when a blue light shot him in the arm, making his attack miss. In the doorway, a black bat stood, wings protruding out of his back and long pointed ears. Despite being bat-like he was very handsome and also had a now glowing tattoo of an eye which was on his forehead above his own red ones. 'Oh dear, even the king of darkness seems  to be getting a bit desperate.'
   'Felon...!' Lucifer growled angrily. 'Come, M'lady; I think its time we left.'

  Conquest seemed to skip past War and struck Death in the face with her warhammer. 'Come on then idiot, lets have a play.' She looked back at War, 'Its okay; you have a rest my love-- just back me up when needs be okay?'

Fae growled "our not going anywhere" her angel wings burst forth and grabbing Lucifer by the collar she threw him against the wall. Lucifer growled angrily "No! she has something I need!" he strikes again, Fae dodged. Fae knew that she could not continue fighting here...Lucifer's power was too great, she would die, so she fled to Felons side "thanks..."

"No my Darling" War growled, gently pushing his beloved aside "I have a score I must settle with Death!"

"ah, i was wondering how long it would take you to arive." max said jumping up and walking over to villain. "and yes these are the majority of my brothers. you have already meet mike, he is the sin of wrath." he said waving a hand over to mike, "this is dorian, the sin of greed," dorian bowed low and formaly, almost touching the matres at his feet with his head. "and thats ricky....obviously sloth....not recomended you wake him unless it's an emergency." ricky seemed to hear him cos at that moment he gruntes loudly in his sleep. "welcome to the safe house, and enjoy your stay." dorian walked over limping slightly, under his shirt was wraped in bandages, visible when he coughed holding his chest in pain. he smiled weekly once he finished caughing. "don't worry, getting your a** kicked isn't contagus." he smiled weakly looking up at villain.

Plague suprised everyone, even himself, when conquest attacked Death, he bashed in the side of the head with his mace.
"You two are a threat to everything we were created for, EVERYTHING WE STRIVED FOR! Our Brotherhood has ENDED The day you gave into your own desires! Prepare to Die!!!"
Plague wasn't going to let the two Betrayers kill Death and wreck the coil even more, he had to rescue his brother.

Death blinked for a few seconds after he staggered away from where he was struck. His grin returned again, and he held out his arm as his scythe appeared in his hand. He swung the blunt side of his scythe in a way so that War and Conquest would only be knocked back, and not harmed. "You got your free hit in, Conquest. I never resented you or War for your affections, but when you put your emotions before your duty, you cease being a horseman!!"

War growled in rage as he attacked with his blood red sword in the air "I am sick of following duty! I will decide how I will live!! you are now dead to me in my eyes!" he charged with full strength, going to strike Plague

Fae felt a slight disturbance in the air... suddenly a voice told her "the horsemen are at war with each other....you must go to Villain to complete your destiny, you and Villain are one in the same" Fae, extremely confused by this message, shook her head.

The voice traveled to Villain's mind, speaking softly "My daughter, find you sister Fae, complete the task I have given both of you...all will be well once it is done

[Villain]

   Villain nodded and replied 'But always getting yourself kicked in seems like a curse.' A white flash blinded the guys before revealing Dorian fully healed. Lookng at their shocked faces, 'When you study under Death, you learn a few life tricks. Are you feeling better?' Villain asked, looking into his eyes with her own. turning to face Max she asked 'I don't know if you're still in the middle of whatever, but I need your help Max.'
   She suddenly got the message in her head which made her wince a little. 'Fae?' She muttered, before quickly focusing her attention back to Max. 'Damn, something's just come up. I guess i'm not gonna be able to find Death right now.' What Villain was saying wouldn't have made much sense to the others, but she didn't really realise this. 'Max, I gotta go-- are you coming or not?' Looking back at the others she smiled and said 'It was nice to meet all of you.'

   Being knocked back by death she shouted, 'I've given up my duty as an angel before, what difference is this going to make?! War is everything to me!' Gaining her footing and then pouncing to strike Death again she called out 'War-- take out Plague! Death is mine!' Swinging her warhammer again she called at Death, 'You could have had Villain too-- if you had followed our path!'

   Felon sighed and grabbed Fae, 'Come on now, we have to leave okay? this guys too strong for even I. I'm in his bad books enough already.' With that the bat teleported himself and Fae into a place which was an old castle. The castle was decorated with elaborate furniture and pictures and rugs, with the end wall hanging a huge eerie mirror, that looked like it came from a very dark place. 'For a destined one, you sure like to be reckless.'

"a curse i can endure. after all i am but greed, i have little effect on anyone outside those doors anymore." he felt his broken ribs and many other broken parts heal and return to normal, and for the first time in hours he was no longer labouring to breath through crushed lungs. "thank you, if you need any sort of information i can see what i can find out." max jumped up and walked over to villain. "i'll call you guys if i need you. thanks for the help." ricky just groaned and rolled over so he had his back turned. max followed villain out of the wearhouse and sighed lightly. "i think you should know...theres a little more to being the holder of chainmeil's heart than you might think..."

Fae blinked and gaped "Destined one?" she snorted and crossed her arms "I have no freaking idea what your talking about" she was being naive but she honestly had no idea what is going on.

War smiled with insane glee as he swung his sword at Plague "with pleasure baby!"

Death hooked her hammer and pulled her off her balance before unhooking and whacking her with the butt of the handle. "I have no interest in younger women... she was my charge and I gave her temporary ownership of my scythe in case you two decided to pull a fast one." He then hopped away from Conquest and made a swing at War, trying to help his only ally in this fight so it could be ended quickly.
