The Jewish term can both be a race and a religion, if you are atheist you can still be a Jew by blood. It can be confusing at times for some, but it is possible.

I was baptized Catholic but I've always associated myself with pagan new age beliefs though its only because I'm into ethology and believe the keys to truth can be found in the past studies held by witches and alchemists who were mainly scientists anyway who just were masters of herbalism and chemistry. Plus I love astrology, cosmolgy, astronomy and geology. Sadly though math and physics aren't my friends but that's what schools are for.

Born and raised in a neutral home, I was never exposed to anything apart from the Salvation Army youth club many years back and I can honestly say I despised them for what they did. Now, I'm not aiming to talk badly about Christianity but these people were LITERALLY making kids believe that non-Christians were like diseases - harmful and not something you'd want to come close to and get infected. Brainwashing them. I guess I was old enough to see that what they were doing was wrong, and I felt a little strange for being one of the "infected", in the middle of the crowd.

White I know that  but seeing how this is a religious thread and not an ethnicity one, then the only "Jew" here should be the religious one.

And punica; a lot of religions and even atheist. Do that to there youth.

It's a shame. Not spreading a belief, but forcing it into young children's head the way they did. They used an example once, saying that some children smell like banana and apples. And if you hang with kids like that, you start to smell like them as well. And some smell like sour socks and rotten cheese and you want to stay away from them because their smell will also rub off onto you. And they closed it by saying that Jesus smelt of strawberries and God smelt of fresh rain and that being friends with Jesus would make you smell good.

Again, I'm only talking badly about the people leading this club, noone else.

Yup. And it's strange because religion in a whole does not play a big part in society here.

Don't worry, people like that may think they are doing the right thing, and may think they are going to an eternal happy afterlife, but most religions all say something about "love thy neighbor" or "love everybody equally, regardless of what they believe in, do, say, think etc".. So all the people that judge and use propaganda on kids are actually breaking their own religion's rule, and probably won't end up in a good place in the end.

I'm sorry, but that's how I feel though. If angels one day descended to Earth and it was all over the news and everything, I would not live in denial for the rest of my life. And please take that seriously, it's not meant as sarcasm.
