Operation Laysing

Sebastian sits up, hearing voices not to far away. "Keep it down" He whispered to the dark.

[Alice The Necrofox]

Shiro raises an eyebrow
"Am I interrupting something?" he whispers

[Rhett (Twister)]

Sebastian lays back down. "Oh, nothing, just my sleep." He says as he drifts off.

[Mr.Mustard]

James, brushing off his carving, looked up to Shiro. "Welcome to the camp..."

[Alice The Necrofox]

Shiro and his three SVA allies come into the camp. He goes over to James.
"Hey, name's Shiro, codename Deadfox. I have some orders from HQ. Supposedly i wasn't coming to a recon squad, but to a little bigger operation. Why i brought heavier weapons." He points to the two rpgs and the light machine gun being carried by the squad.
"There is a confirmed Viet Cong base, maybe eight clicks south from here. Now, i don't have orders to attack, but they gave me the green light."

[Blaiiine]

"I'm commanding officer...Sgt. Cyril Harino, SOG team 13. The camp you're talking about is one of the VC's Ho Ch Minh trail outposts...we're watching it now." Cyril said as he sat back down in his foxhole with the claymore detonator. "Have your men rest and sit here with me and Mustard and give us the info..."

[Alice The Necrofox]

Shiro nodded, and motioned for the three cats to go and rest, which they did eagerly.
"Okay, they told me that this base is a functional relay post for the rest of the Viet Cong." he pulls out a map of the area, with a blow up of the base.
"Here, here, and here... thats where the towers are. If we can hit these postitions, we can cripple communication between the forces. However, only problem is they have Russian Millitary advisors there. We don't want an international incident, so we gotta do it quietly. Now if we can get a claymore or something to one of them, my boys can take the other two with rockets. They said night op if at all possible."
He also nodded.
"Its also a pleasure to meet you Seargent."

[Blaiiine]

"Nice...for now though, I want to watch them. Anyways, let me tell you 'bout SOG since we're not really known." Cyril sat back and yawned. "Okay, we're technically military advisors with MACV but we're the...special ops version..so what are you, army or USMC?" Cyril asked, setting his M-16 down and turning on a dim lamp.

[Alice The Necrofox]

"Me? Seargent Shiro Patch, of the US marine corps. Specialized in taking out Armor and recon." he smiled while saying this.

[Blaiiine]

"Good...we've been needing an engineer soon..." Cyril looked up to see lightning and hear the crack of thunder. "Get your ponchos on or get soaked.." Cyril said as he pulled his poncho on and picked up the detonator and M-16.

[Rhett (Twister)]

Sebastian stayed where he was. "Rather get wet, love the water." He muttered.

[Blaiiine]

"Alright....I'm gonna set up a leaf tent above this foxhole..." Cyril climbed out and assembled a leaf tent and put tarps over the doorways. "Okay...who wants coffee?" Cyril slide back inside and set up a small fire since it was a wide hole. He put a pot of coffee on the fire and looked up at Shiro. "How'd you guys get here anyway?"

[Mr.Mustard]

James, covering the equipment, looked up at Cyril and Shiro. "More footsteps on the seismograph. Stay frosty, guys..."

[Alice The Necrofox]

Shiro nodded at James.
"Our guide here lead us from a helicopter drop point and told us where the best position was. We got near, and radioed you guys. Turns out you found the point too."
He checked the saftey on his carbine, and positioned himself near one of the flaps of the tent. The three South Vietnamese recruits lounged in the back, but had the air of the tenseness of being in the jungle with the Viet Cong.

[Blaiiine]

"đại hội viet...it means viet cong...they're near..." Cyril said as he took his poncho off and grabbed his M-16 and walked out of the tent. "I'll be back..."
