"Nah...more subtle..." Cyril said as he slung his M-16 over his shoulder and disappeared into the dark jungle. He crouched beneath the long, low-bearing branches of the trees. "Damn rain...." He said as wiped his hair dry, rain soaking his tiger stripe uniform. Voices could be heard as he got closer to what appeared to be a small guerilla-made trail.

"The thunder should be able to cover my shots..." He whispered to himself as he saw the four Viet-Cong scouts walk by him. He was hidden behind the mass of leaves and large flower-like plants. Cyril lifted his M-16 and took aim, thunder cracked and he quickly fired a three-burst shot, taking down the one at the end of the line. A large and long thunder crack went by and Cyril fired on the other three. "That's how we do it in the jungle..."

Listening, the faint sound of a gun being loaded was heard. Cyril looked up and saw the outline of a sniper. "Oh crap...it's a NVA sniper..get down..I'll get him." Cyril whispered as he took out his black Python revolver. Wait for the thunder..., ran through his head as he aimed up.
