question. how the hell does a career chef know a .50 cal sniper rifle from just looking at it? I understand if you personally can know that, but your character's a career chef. How?

internet, family, side interests......the list goes on. heck i can identify an F22 raptor just from it's outline in the sky, and i know about as much as he would. plus, 50 cals tent to be pritty identifiable.

what you're saying about him doesn't match with your character's bio. caliber switching through foster homes, jail cells and having no family after the age of 6, where does your character find the time to research weaponry up to that caliber? remember, you have to follow character, not yourself. get your story straight, man. technically, based on your character's bio, your character barely had enough time to learn his trade, let alone take up a hobby. because the old man sure as hell wasn't teaching you, since his intent for coming into our time was to find, raise and prepare us for this adventure.

in short, you keep making your character too powerful/smart/savvy.

well its not intentional. and bouncing from foster home to foster home theres bound to be something that you would take up to keep from doing something youll regret. one of my friends (who's been in foster care for longer than he can rember) took up vidio games and max took up something more distructive. and it doesn't take much to learn something like that, just one good TV program or book and you could identify things like that if you pay attention enrough. but i don't feel like arguing the point, so if you want i'll change it.

I may or may not be keeping the color change of dialogue...It was hard on my eyes to distinguish between white and pink.  x_x

My eyes have been giving me trouble, probably due to the migraines....

White, I love how your character is thinking about how Mahi might have overheard them when she is sitting right by them AND she made a remark about leaving a trail of bread crumbs, let alone the fact that she has a heightened sense of hearing because she has no sight so even if they had been a ways away from her she still would have heard them perfectly. lol.
