[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

The last archer fired his last arrow, which bounced off of Snitch, before tossing his bow and drawing twin daggers from their holsters. Kiral made a desperate dive out of the way of the hammer, popping off a few more shots at the hippo. However, even though the hippo didn't block, the 9mm bullets weren't enough to pierce his tough skin and bounced right off like little marbles.

Mahi frowned when the bullets just bounce off of the hippo like they were nothing. "This is an opponent that would best be taken care of with White's hammer, I think." She said, mainly to herself as she stood there trying to assess the situation. Pulling the dragon egg sling to the front of her body, she carefully felt along the egg, making sure it hadn't been damaged when she had tripped and it hadn't. She moved the sling back behind her and directed her eyes back at the hippo. Her gauntlet blades retracted into the gauntlets halfway then came back out as she thought.

*The wolf dragon looked down at the two double-edged knives that came out of the archer's holsters and responded by raising up his hammer in a defensive position* "That's a bad move against someone who used knives more than anything else." *White charged forward and aimed for the archer's knives with a powerful swing, hoping to either break his hands or the sharp items on them*

Kiral jumped back again, dodging another swing of the hippo's giant hammer. "I'm wondering if it's going to be enough, though. I've seen stone slabs smaller than this guy's hammer that weighed over a ton. It might actually weigh as much, if not more than, White's."

The archer jumped back, avoiding the hammer only by a bit, and threw the daggers, one bouncing off of Snitch, and one cutting White's shoulder, and passing through his wing.

Mahi dodged as well, careful about her footing so she wouldn't fall over especially not backwards. "Still...White's hammer could deliver the damage that we can't. There's no way I'm moving in close to the guy unless he's unarmed." Her mind's attention turned to the egg on her back, wondering if what was going on right now was already affecting the dragon inside the egg.

[White Wolf Guardian]

"Agh you have nothing now!" *The wolf dragon lunged forward feeling the knife hanging in his wing and other now lost in the grass somewhere* "My wings are going to be scarred now, these people need to aim for something more fatal rather than making my dragon functionality useless." *White raised the hammer again and brought it down swiftly upon the defenseless archer's head*

Kiral ran out through the initial side that the hippo had broken through and raised his weapon just quick enough to block a sword aimed for his head, and kicked the owner back as he ran on. The archer smiled a bit, but it was gone within a second as he was literally beaten to a pulp. However, the one that White had hurt, ramming with Snitch, jumped up from the ground, after having painstakingly crawled a long ways, and yelled as he drove his sword into White's left arm, his aim not quite the best, having been aiming for his heart.

Mahi followed Kiral out. Since she had the opportunity to "see" Kiral block the attack made on him with a sword and kick the person back, she took the opening of the person being off-balance. Releasing a couple of the wires from her left gauntlet, she sent them at the assailant. One went around the guy's stomach and the other went around his neck, cutting the guy into three pieces.

"Shhhhhhh.mmmggghhh!" *The wolf dragon turned dragging along with him the archer that held onto the sword that pierced through his arm and tried not to curse while holding back his pain* "You're dead." *He swung his hammer with his good arm at the injured archer and finished the job at last* "It's over... at least here." *He turned towards Mahi and Kiral, seeing that they were fighting a much larger opponent, one even larger than himself; his attention was cut short though as his blood was becoming a distraction and he was feeling light headed from blood loss* "Crap." *He said as he started to try to pull the sword out of his arm with his other arm*

Kiral gave a thumbs up at Mahi before remembering that she's blind, "Thanks!" When he was a safe distance, he turned and try to fire a couple more shots at the hippo, the bullets bouncing off again. This time, though, he tried shooting for the hippo's eyes, but his aim was not that stellar from that distance. Goddammit. Even with a nail gun, I can't hit that small target... nail gun. That's it! "Mahi! Cover my ass!" Kiral ran straight back for the hippo. Others were closing in around him and he popped a few shots to his left, though another came in on the right.

"Forgot again..." Mahi thought and shook her head when Kiral went from giving her a thumbs up to actually voicing his gratitude like she couldn't "see" what he was doing. She "watched" as the bullets bounced off of the hippo again and when Kiral said to cover him, she nodded. She saw the people closing in around him and when he shot at his left, she sent her wires out to his right, separating the attacker from their legs.

*White threw the bloodied sword down into the ground and tried to steady himself as he watched from a bit of a distance as Kiral and Mahi were circling their hippo opponent, noticing that Kiral had stopped shooting after awhile he looked at the scene oddly* "He must have some sort of new idea, I'm not really sure if I should intervene at this point because I could accidentally disturb his plan or find one of Mahi's wires, neither of which sound too pleasant. Besides that, I need get myself patched up or eventually I'm going to faint."

Kiral tucked and rolled as the hippo brought the hammer around from the side, just barely missing Kiral by the fur at the tip of his tail. He grunted as he did his best to recover from the roll and jumped at the hippo, but the hammer had continued to swing after the first one, and the hippo had brought it back around, nailing Kiral from the left side, his arm cracking immediately, and he yelled as he was hit, flying over 20 feet to his right, and rolling. Goddammit. If only we had White over here.

Mahi made sure to stay out of the range of the hammer the hippo was using as well as making sure that no one attacked Kiral while he was going after the hippo. When she noticed the hammer come back after Kiral had just barely dodged it the first time, she only had time to open her mouth before he was hit with it and she heard at least one bone crack. She cringed at what she "saw" along with the sound. She couldn't decide whether she should go help Kiral or stand her ground. "White, we could really use some help!" She yelled, not having any idea what had happened to him.

"Shit." *The wolf dragon uttered under his breath as he watched from a distance as seemingly both Kiral and Mahi weren't able to control the hippo as well as he had originally hoped* "Coming!" *White ran along, blood dripping down his arm every so often, his shot shoulder unhelpful in the battle he was jumping into* "I sure hope I can one-handedly fight this guy at least enough to help." *He jumped in front of the hippo suddenly* "Hey big guy, need a little cut off the top?" *He tried to swing his hammer as best as he could* "At least he can't move super quick like the archers I just had to deal with." *The hybrid thought in the midst of his attack*
