well were happy to have people join..were just having a little trouble getting people to answer me about whats to be done about where the donations go. we HAD a place to deposit them but it fell through and now im yet to get a unanimous vote of any kind..

Do you know someone who can help me make a fursuit?  I'm just looking for the tail, head, and paws but either theyre out of commission or way out of my price range. I had someone down here in Florida that said she'd help me out but unfortunately we had a falling out.

I definitely want to reply because I think this is a great idea, I'm just reluctant donating money when I'm not sure it will be going towards what I'm donating to and since this is so scattered I'm just concerned that money has been lost.  Even if you just continuously updated the first post so it was completely accurate, that'd even be enough.


Or maybe you're just too disorganized to do something like this.  I'm not sure and I don't mean to cause offense.

attention fur for all members!  its been decided where the pool funds are to be collected at.  ive had a number of members tell me that they trust me enough to manage the FFA funds, so id like to declare fur for all officialy up and running.

since i am the starter of this entire program..i hope there would be no objections to me getting dibs on first go. though for the courtesy of not taking up the pool long im just gonna get some handpaws..and ive already donated $40 to the pool, so all it needs now is $30

then after that. we shall move right on to the next member

Out of curiosity, how do you select who is next up for the list? I see you have folks listed by the order they expressed interest.. but not everyone has donated yet... didn't know if you had a specific spreadsheet or method, or if it was just random number generator when a wish gets completed?

well, i thought that we could let it be either a raffle or user decided. like a group vote.
pick who is more deserving.
or, if there is someone with an unusualy reasonable quest..like they just want a tail thats like $50 we would take up the quest simply for how fast we could plow through it.

this is essentialy...a fursuit charrity pool.
and you dont know these people cause they are users from  www.thefurryforum.com in the fursuiting section..where i actualy STARTED this group at origionaly. but since its starting to become a larger group i decided to take it over here as well and expand it. its also existing on facebook to.

you are free to join that forum too. get to know them if it makes you feel better.
we even have a number of fursuit makers that are joined in, that will make suits at special discounts specialy FOR this group.

its kept in a paypal account. i monitor its funds. i tried to have the moderator of thefurryforum manage it, but she already had a paypal account. so i was elected by numerous users to run it myself (as this whole group is essentialy started/managed and ran by me as well)


for paying for the suit. there is a number of suiters IN this group that would take a third party payment. but in the event the person wants there suit from a outside suit maker, there would be a conversation with the suiter as to the special situation. we would try our best to make this arrangement but for the safety of the donators money i couldnt just send the collected funds to the person were saving for. i dont want anyone getting conned, less we scare away members. this really is a great idea that in some ways relys on people to trust it. but i want to make as little opportunity for mistakes in this as possible. i want to help put fur outside like they feel it on the inside.

as for the donations. they go to the paypal account (Paypal link removed by Staff.)
and i update the pool information every donation. i keep a digital and handwritten ledger of who has donated and how much.


as for the donation system. everyone puts in a little. even the person we are questing for. the idea is that a few dollars here, a few dollars there..adds up fast when in vast numbers.

It has been dismissed as a pyramid scheme on 2 other sites. I am asking people do not join this project. they refuse to answer questions properly and are being dodgier than an organ dealer.

Firstly, You cannot yell online. I was strongly emphasizing points. Emphasis on points that each member of this group should find highly outrageous. If I wanted to yell for the sake of making you aggravated, I could. Now, why didnt you say anything about


I will ask in a polite manner, then.

1. How is this any better than paying for it yourself? One of your leaders say it is for donating, the other says it is for prophet. Which is it?
2. How does this not resemble a pyramid scheme?
3. Why was caffeinated instantly approved for something over 1500 dollars
4. Why is it so unorganized?
5. What binds someone to stay?
6. Where are these fursuit makers you mentioned?
7. How do you get more out than you put in?
8. Is anyone insured for major losses?
9. Why should anyone else get to go first? That makes me trust you guys even less.
10. Why shouldn't a third party hold the funds?
11. If I wanted to donate, I would give to a just cause. There are bigger issues than people without fursuits. Could we not be infatuated.
