(I'm not moving time forward for you guys so keep going where you are, just doing it for her only since she has a five hour drive between being caught and waking up)
Five hours later, Moon awoke with a slightly furious start, but quickly realizing she couldn't see or move at all she went into a sort of shut down mode in panic, growing colder, freezing up and fearing the worst. She felt hands pick her up and carry her, and heard sounds of footsteps underneath. She heard scary things as well, familiar sounds of airlocked doors shifting open and closed, scattering soldiers, timed alarms and the familiar whoosh of cold storage. She was in a base. Suddenly her heart slowed and she felt colder than before.
It was a long time before they took her out, seeing as how they took her down four stories to a basement level and through maze upon maze of dim lights, hallways and security doors.
When they finally arrived at her room the guards took her out carefully as though not to hurt her but really in fear and caution. It was less of a room, really, more like a cell with its security camera and barren floor. Her bed was the right size for her, but was equpped like a crib, metal bars around all sides. They attached a collar around the limp child's neck and put her in the bed.
Quickly Moon thought to escape, a child's flight of fancy, and started to climb out of her bed, but as soon as the collar on her neck reached the height of the crib's third bar, an excruciating shock pinched her nerves and sent her howling in pain back down to a laying position. It was a shock collar. The third bar on her crib set it off...now escaping was an even more distant dream.
