Mortis looked back behind her when Max suggested something. "I think we might all need to go in together. He may think it suspicious if you both stay out here. He might think we're plotting or something. And according to Filadus, that'll cost us our heads and I rather like my head. I'm sure you all feel the same about yours." She watched Moon go through the illusion, but waited outside for the others to come to a conclusion. "I mean, we could do that if you want, but I'd rather not chance it." As she said that, she noticed Macid crying. She wanted to do something to comfort him, but she knew that she couldn't. "Look, all we have to do is get this room for tonight... We'll be fine, we can get supplies, we'll be good to go." She sighed outwardly, now speaking to the entire group, though it was more directed towards Macid than anyone else. "Look, I know we're all at wits end and we're tired... We all are, whether we want to admit it or not. Being thrown into this situation with a bunch of strangers and a lack of knowledge is scary... But we need to go in here and get this done. Maybe we can actually rest without having to worry about looking out for caravans tonight, we can get together and get to know each other so we're not all confused and upset and eat some good food." At this point she wasn't sure how much she was talking out of her ass and how much she meant, but she felt as if something needed to be said to make them all feel better. At the very least so they could cooperate and make this one thing work.
