Macid was relieved to see Max waving through the grass, though the screams and roars behind him quickly erased any good feelings left and replaced them with fear once again. As Moon tugged on the others to get them going, Macid stood up and started jogging with them, glad to be getting away from the behemoths as soon as possible. As the sun set, his legs were on fire and his lungs felt like they were 3 sizes too small for his body. He collapsed with the others, falling on his hands and knees, wheezing heavily. Without time to rest, Constance started telling everyone what to do except him. Part of him wanted to scream in her face for barking orders so soon, another wanted to do whatever he could to help the group and liked that she was taking this seriously. He was too tired to think about what to do, let alone argue with anyone, and turned and asked Constance what she wanted him to do. "Yes? What should I do?"
