Constance stopped when Moon landed before her, when she wanted them to follow she did. As they went through the field she looked at all the wildlife, despite it probably wanting to eat them she still found them fascinating. If she were younger and without her self control she would have ran off to examine them. When they passed the sleeping beasts she couldn't help but loom over them as they went by to get a better look.

Macid followed behind the group, low to the ground and trying to be as quiet as possible. What Kiral had done still caused him discomfort, but he felt that it could wait till they got to a resting point again. If they had to come across another behemoth again, they wouldn't be able to afford his attitude. As they passed by the many sleeping creatures, he cursed to himself for jinxing them. Nevertheless he kept as quiet as he could following the others, not wanting to wake anything nearby.

Septar followed closely next to Moon's side as she passed by several odd creatures, behemoths, gigantic wolves, and other things she'd never seen before. She couldn't believe what these things looked like, and she really hoped that staying as quiet as possible was going to get them through the area as quickly as possible, too. No one spoke but they all looked around, Septar occasionally bumping into Moon by accident because of her clumsiness.

[Shinzuu Katame: Her Tolfy]

Moon remained very cautious, and stopped suddenly when she heard a loud screech. One of the Garuda Interceptors was swooping down and picked up a normal sized wolf that howled for a split second after being snatched, right before the talons of the Interceptor crushed it to death. The howl caused a stir as the other wolves of that pack woke up. They roared as all 30 of them got up, now being visible, and the largest one even charged a ball of energy at its mouth and fired a solid beam at the fleeing Interceptor. With the commotion, a couple more Interceptors and even a Garuda came down, firing off blades of wind or their own beams of energy. The disturbance woke up some of the behemoths who were hit by stray shots and they roared in anger as well. Moon spread her wings and pushed off the ground, soaring forward as fast as she could while staying low.

Mortis watched as all hell began to break loose so to speak. She bumped into Moon when she stopped because she was so busy watching everything going on. When Moon took off, the chameleon swallowed hard and began to sprint despite the knots in her stomach, holding her book over her head as if that would help hide her from the things. She wanted to scream, but there was no way she could actually get it out even if she wanted to.

When things started to intensify Constance huffed, now there was no way she could safely observe the creatures. As they started running off with Moon and the others she had an idea, though she would only try it if they were spotted amidst the fray. She recalled the gathering of cactuar off in the distance, since she could summon one maybe she could gain potential allies.

When he heard the screech, Macid looked around to see what caused it. Seeing the interceptor swoop down and snatch up one of the wolves causing him great distress, remembering how hard it was to survive till now and seeing how easy it was for these creatures to up and take one as they please. When Moon began to soar straight ahead, Macid followed suit and ran as fast as he could behind her with the group. He looked at Septar as they ran. I hope you're ready for this Septar. It's only going to get harder from here on out.

Septar started running when Moon took off after hearing the strange animals in the sky. Terrified she opened her wings and took off, flying right behind Moon, low and just above the others, so to kind of protect them from the dangers above. She didn't know if this was a good idea or not but her senses suddenly felt a lot stronger than they usually were. Here eyes were more focused, her hearing was sharper, she blamed it on the adrenalin.

Moon kept turning her head back from time to time, circling back since she flew faster than Septar and faster than how the others ran. About half way to the end of the field, she spotted a large wolf heading straight for the group. Moon soared up and back, shooting off a stream of her poison breath which caused it to stumble in a direction away from the group. However, before being able to return to leading the group, she was headbutted in the stomach by a Garuda, and landed hard not too far ahead of the group. After landing, an Interceptor swooped towards Moon, intending to finish what its larger counterpart started.

Mortis ran forward as fast as she could, still terrified. When she saw Moon go down, she didn't waste any time. Her fingers had already been in between the pages of the book, holding the spot where the Ogre was. She flipped to it now, stopping now that she had neared Moon and began to draw like a madman.

Constance looked up at Septar when she took flight. Soon she noticed Moon go down after fending off a wolf heading their direction. She thought now was a good a time as any to attempt her plan. She skid to a stop and ripped up the grass so she could have some clear room to etch a summon sign down. She drew the cactuar sign, in hopes it could enlist the nearby cactuar to help.

Macid kept running straight ahead, not looking when Moon shot her poison at the wolf. When she was headbutted by the Garuda however, he couldn't ignore that and could only watch as she fell to the ground ahead of them. As he saw another Garuda fly towards her, he noticed Constance and Mortis were already using their items to try and help. He stopped as well and looked at the eye on Anan, remembering his beast function of it. "That's not gonna do me any good. I know what they're thinking. Shit." He knelt down next to Constance, keeping his eyes open for anything coming near them. He figured he could at least try and protect the group as best he could while they took care of the larger creatures.

Septar saw the giant Garuda take out Moon and knock her to the ground, and then the smaller Interceptor swooping down to attack. "MOON!" Septar shouted out and powered her wings into full gear pushing herself as fast as she could go towards the Interceptor and Moon. Her wings flapped at a rate faster than she'd ever pushed them before as she rushed ahead with both fists forward, at first swooping past and in front of the Interceptor to confuse it and then she came back around and up to the right and then back towards the group to hit the interceptor in the head away from everyone. She cranked her wrist back and tucked her wings into her body and dove down fast at it, striking it in the head and moving past as quickly as possible.

The Interceptor screeched as it was hit and struggled to get up, but was tackled by the green behemoth and it tore the Interceptor apart with its jowls. Afterward, it turned its attention to the group and charged forward. Contrary to Constance's hopes, all she got was just the one cactaur, but it was as tall as the grass, hip height, a normal size. It just bounced around, not really looking like it's looking at anyone in particular, but was waiting on Constance's command.

Mortis watched in horror as everything happened like a blur. She ran off the the side when she noticed the beast charging, still trying to draw as fast as she could, however she failed to remember that there were other things in the grass as well. She was shaking at this point, scared that she would be flattened or mauled by one of the creatures.
