(Sensitive) Do you get offended?

We all know there are people who dislike furries.. I've always come to wonder.. Are you/have you been offended by "anti-furry" terms?

Personally, I brush them off. They're empty insults to me.

That kinda thing tends to make me more sad than offended; unnecessary hate is so pointless.

No matter what kind of personality you have someone will hate you for it so why bother getting upset or angery

Depends on the subject. I was made fun of for being a furry once. The kid kept on saying 'I'm hiding my cat.' You don't need secret meaning understanding skills to understand what that means. But otherwise, lets see here, 'Yiffer', 'Fur***', and others, I joke about by calling myself those. And so does one of my friends, but I got something against him...

as long as it doesnt get to be threatening i personally dont care what they have to say. Im happy for who i am, and i dont care how others see.
Now if it goes to comments like "stupid furry" to "I'm going to beat you up" kind of talk then i would be offended a bit and a bit worried

I never get offended about anything. People have a reason for saying what they do, be it an honest opinion or just ignorance and stupidity.

Then again, I live in a culture much more open minded than what it seems Americans are (in general). I would be seriously surprised if I ever met someone that had anything against gays, to put it like that. So I've never met a "hater" of any kind. Just stupid rich brats talking how the kick-butt touring metal band members looked bad. Even though they were strapping young lads if I may say so myself. They were just wearing Metallica shirts and not Quicksilver. Some quite handsome...

Uhm yeah! So what was I saying? No, I don't get offended. There's no reason to. Furries aren't hurting anyone, nor breaking any laws, so all hateful comments are empty to me.

Why does it upset you, may I ask? It's not your fault and nothing you can do about it. Usually nothing you have to deal with in large amounts either.

What upsets me is the fact that human beings can hate each other for no good reason.
I just find it sad the way some people are like that.

I do not get offended very easily at all. The only person in the world who could say anything to hurt me is my mate. And even then it's still hard. I just don't care at all. However, I will protect my mate if anyone tries anything, but even that doesn't offend me, it just irritates me.

I used to get offended easily, and then I used to hit whoever offended me. But now I've had anger management I find it's really hard to get me angry, or really passionate aout anything, other than my mate.

same thing i do when they call me a redneck for drivin my beat up lifted f150 with the rebel flag lol now i guess i ought to add a flag with a paw print on it and really get kicks out of how people would react to that. i honestly get more of a laugh how they get there feathers all ruffled up about it. no one has yet to think about threatening me physically after they see my NRA sticker on my truck

Ignorance isn't curable, like a lot of things in our world, you just have to wither
a) let it take over you
b) ignore it.

When friends are furry haters, yea it sucks. When others are, I simply laugh, ignorance is  bliss.
