Possibly open for trades

So, I'm no stranger to doing trades, but the situation i'm always left in with them is that the art I recieve in return is either, well not had alot of effort in it, or sometimes, they never bother doing their half! I wanna open up for a couple of trades, but I AM going to be picky about who I trade with. It isn't often I'd ever turn anyone down, but this time I wanna recieve some art that i feel has the same effort in it as my half...

Those are two pictures I actually put some effort into, the second one just lacks any shading.
