your furry idol

being apart of the fandom for quite some time, i notice that some furries "pack up" and make small clique's. (groups)
and from what i see alot of the time, its either someone with an alpha personality, or there fursona just looks so grandure, intimidating or amazing that gets made "leader" of that group..i find people flock to wild creative and astounding furs.

me myself, i dont belong to any specific "pack" yet. though i have a few furs that i definatly would buddy up with.
though what do you think YOUR place is. do you have a pack? if so whats your "rank" in said pack...are you a follower..a assistant..or are you the full blown pack LEADER

and even if your not in a pack...im sure there is a fur that you idolize..that you follow. that you adore.
for me, i sorta look up to Rob right now. id not say i idolize him, but he is definately a fur ive come to respect greatly.

I'm packless, as the case may be. I haven't really had a lot of exposure to a lot of true Furry artists. My two favorites are Jay Naylor and Bagheera. Truthfully speaking, I haven't had any real exposure to the fandom at large. Which is why I came here in the first place.

Well, the only furry I've actually had any real contact with has been you, Kaprika. Lol. And considering you're the dominant personality of the two of us, I'd say that makes you my "pack leader". Pack leader of what clique, I've not a clue, but we can be the in the "whatevers" with Gonzo until we figure it out.

Artistically, I look up to a ton of furries. The main ones being artists who draw comics that I follow. Jay Naylor (more for Better Days than Original Life) is the first one I really got hooked on. Eric Schwartz' comic Sabrina Online is a definite favorite, Las Lindas by Chalosan on DA, Housepets by Rick Griffin, and Precocious by Christopher Paulson.

i'm not really in a "pack" or anything....but I am part of the moderator team on our provincial furry forum......I'm a global Mod....we have 7 mods I think including me....3 are foxes(Bad idea lol )3 are wolves and  1 is a tiger...and the Admin team consists of a meerkat,  2 wolves and a tiger. and me being a global mod I have the most power next to the Admin...but even so I"m more of a follower then a leader...and our forum is like one big family...we make fun of each other and stuff lol.


other then that...i just have the usual friends I hang out with.....and at cons i'm usually running around with a friend or two meeting others...though at the last con I went to (Furnal Equinox 2011)me and a couple other of the mods of our forum ganged up and were walking around the con saying "We have mod powers. Fear us!"" lol it was funny considering FE is in the province of ours...and we gave out business cards with our website/forum on it to get more Ontario furs to join our site.

I do have a fur idol.....and it'z ZEN...mostly due to his art. I love him or it'd be my friend Vinnie....he's a pretty cool guy we got a lot in common and I look up to him.

and in my group of friends i'm considered the **** just because i'm a fox....i'm also the smallest person(5'6'' 135lbs)......and the subbiest and i always have  a plushie of some sort in my paws....so i'm kinda like the cub of the group. (though my fursona isn't a cub)
