I walk out of a building carrying a duffel bag and a instrument case and walk to the nearest bus stop put my things down and start loosely studying the little structure that is keeping me dry from the bombardment of rain. My eyes soon fall on to a single piece of paper hanging on the wall. It was a ad for a roommate for an apartment. Which I need so, now paying more attention to the paper I looked for contact information and found a phone number. I put the number on the paper into my cell phone and before pushing the call button took in a deep breath and exhaled. Then nervously pushed the button and thought to myself 'I hop to god I'm not to late on pouncing on this offer." as the phone rang.

[Kaprika]

hmm...well ok, that sounded good to me.


"ok...now your finances..what is your current work"
"do you have alot saved up already in case of emergencies?"
"do you think that you could handly paying your personal bills, one of the utilities and rent of $533.00 at the end of each month?"
..."along with helping with groceries and such...so id like it if you each brought in at least $900 a month"

Which I need so, now paying more attention to the paper I looked for an address for the paper and found one I then put the address in to the gps on my phone grab my things and flow it to the blue apartment building. Then walk in the door and start looking for the landlords office and knock on the door.

Starts the same, but the ends different

Drake heard the knock on the door of the landlord's office. The door opened and in walked a young jaguar. The landlord looked at the jaguar wondering what he and Drake wanted.

[Jaggs]

I quietly put the case and bag agents the well near the door. Then acknowledged the foxaroo already in the room with a quick "Hey." Then stated to the landlord "Would you by chance have any apartments available?" I then stood there waiting for a reply and wondered why the foxaroo was there.

[Pea]

"I took up a job as head chef at a local Pizzera, and yeah I have some money saved up. About $2000 I think." I stop talking for a moment to try and remember the facts. "I'm not sure what the exact numbers are on my check, but it's over $900 for sure. They sort of need me there." I give a smile and look back to Kaprika...

Drake instinctively liked the jaguar. Something about him was intriguing. He looked at the rent information on the desk in front of him. Crap, he was paying way too much to just be living alone.

[Kodachi Devil]

"ooooh!"  i say, my eyes lighting up.
"a fellow chef! Perhaps we can cook something together sometime!" i say, patting his back

[Jaggs]

My eyes wandered and found the papers on the desk in front of the foxaroo. I Started to quietly study the documents from where I was standing. Once I figured out what they were I almost blurted out "Well it looks like both you and I want a apartment here so you want to room together?" looking at the wall in front of me and waiting for his response. I didn't know anything else at that point about rent or things of the like.

"Sure," Drake replied, "just sign here mate." he thrust the papers at Jag

[Pea]

"That sounds like a great idea, Koda. I think Kaprika might like that sometime. And it would be fun!"

[Kodachi Devil]

"i like you already!" i exclaim happily. "yay for friendship!" i immediately pull him into a hug and lift him off the chair, spinning around before i set him on the floor

[Jaggs]

I was a little startled by the foxaroo's action, but none the less signed after a closer look at the document. "Well we're going to have a long time to get to know each other now." I put the pen on the desk in front of me "so when can we move in?" I asked the landlord.

[Kaprika]

"oh wow..hahahah! mabey you two can cook a big 'ol moving in dinner later on"
i smile at the spectacle before me..they sure were getting along.

"just one last thing before i send you down to the landlords office to fill out the paperwork and credit review slips...how long are you two planning on staying here? months...years..?"
