Drake didn't have many things, he was planning to you know...sleep on the floor for a bit till his next novel came out and earned him money for a bed. He was about to exit the office when there was yet another knock at the door.

[Jaggs]

I heard a knock on the door as i turned to follow the foxaroo out of the room after picking my bass case and bag up to take them with me up stairs.

[Pea]

I giggle happily as Koda spin-hugs me, and smile brightly when he sets me down. "Well, you are friendly aren't ya?"

I look over to Kaprika, still smiling, and reply "Well I don't plan on leaving this city any time soon, and there aren't really any future goals I'm following. So... yeah, I'd say years."

[Kodachi Devil]

"well!" i say.
"i do'nt know. See, it all depends on how things turn out for me and all, you know?" i smile politely at her.

[serpington]

i get out of the shower and dry off, i head beck to my room noticing my roommate asleep on the lounge in a posibly comprimising pose. "wow, she's keen....lucky i'm not some low down perv." i smirk and walk into my room. a moment later i hear a conversation shortly before i hear her leaving. "guess it was important." i walk into the kitchen now in clean shorts and a t-shirt and start cooking some thick soup with whatever i can find. it has almost stoped raining by the time i sit back down waiting for the girl to get back.

After dismissing the knock as nothing I put my bag down and leaned on the bass case to support my self. It was soaking wet, but it didn't matter I was wearing my foul weather gear because of the rain. Then I figured that I should at least know the foxaroo's name so I said "You." while pointing at him in mock seriousness then smiled to make sure that the wrong message wasn't going across accidentally then continued "What's your name?" in a friendly tone of voice.

[Kaprika]

i eye both of my guests up and ponder...were they the ones i needed? will they have what it takes? cause i couldnt risk taking in people that werent gonna pull there weight.

"well......you both sound really great..i like both of your answers..and i think we would do great under one roof. now while id take you in tonight, its not up to me..you should both go downstairs..take the red forms off the main desk and fill them out and put them in the basket on the desk"

i look at them both...how they just moments ago were soaked to the bone.......they probably didnt HAVE anywhere to go.
i chew my lip...if they agreed to help pay for things around here i didnt see any reason to kick them out and make them wait till the paperwork went through.

"if you guys can assure me that you both have good credit...i mean REALLY promise me that. you can both stay here till you get cleared to be put on the Lease for the room..?

[Kodachi Devil]

My eyes light up and i try not to scream out in happiness and hug this wonderful girl.
"of course!" i exclaim, smiling brightly. "i promise you i will do as best i can!"

[Pea]

My eyes widen and a grin sweeps across my face as Kaprika tells us we could stay. Inside I am yipping with joy but I think it would be a good idea not to express myself in that manner. Still smiling very brightly, I say, "Well, I never used credit before. So I'd expect mine to be pretty good. Never trusted m'self to have the money for payin' 'em back, since I never had a steady income. Now that I do, though, I can probably start usin' credit if you need me to." With that said I eye Kaprika hopefully...

[Kaprika]

*smiles*

"well alright then, you two scurry on downstairs...take a seat, fill out the paperwork and ill see you when your done!"
i get up from the table and walk to the front door to see them off

[serpington]

"oh nothing much. just work like i mentioned erlier, and the promis of good weather." i joke calmly sitting up more in my chair. "theres some soup on the stove if your hungry, i'm not sure if you'll like it but it's not to bad." i gat up and start walking to the kitchen calmly, i turn at the last moment and look back. "my name is max by the way." i disapear from view into the kitchen.


has anyone realised thet the majority of the jobs here at the moment are either a cook or a waitor?....

I nod and walk with Kaprika and stand just outside the door, waiting for Koda.

"Ya comin'?" I ask Koda.

[serpington]

"and whats that bloodfang?" i ask grabbing two bowls out of a cupbourd. i tur around and notice bloodfangs expresion. "what ever it is i'm sure its fine."

I happily follow chris out the door. 'what a nice guy' i think to myself, giggling

"huh.....oh...OH....well awqward moment.....really? well to be honest your hotter than my previous girlfriend." i say rubbing the backof my head imbaresed. i look away feeling like an idiot. "so eirlier, was i interupting something?....of do you just dress up some times, not that i mind, i just......would like to know....." i start to blush visibly through my scales while standing infront of bloodfang, still rubbing my head and looking away.
