My computer is kinda a Frankenstein monster right now. I bought the original computer from cyberpower PC as a introduction gaming pc then I upgraded from there. Here is the parts list.

CPU: AMD FX-8320 vishera black edition
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212 evo with 120mm single fan.
Ram: 2x4 gigs of generic ram
Graphics card: Gigabyte GTX-950 with 90mm fan
Power Supply: EVGA 750GQ Gold 80+
Mother Board: MSI 760gm-p34
Case: Cyberpower generic case.

Benchmarks.
Skyrim at ultra 60 to 90 FPS
Crysis 3 30 fps on high
League of Legends 120 to 150 FPS on max
Diablo 3 45 to 60 on high

I'll toss my "beast" into the mix. Tossed it together about 5 years ago now? Since then all I've done is I recently upgraded the GTX 670 OC to a GTX 1060 OC. My 670 was starting to feel a tad too old for my likings. I could play DOOM, but it had to be on lowest settings. Other games were just starting to feel slow too, like WoW wasn't running at as high of a framerate as I used to see.

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth Z77
CPU: Core-i5 3570K running at 4GHz turbo'd
GPU: ASUS GTX 1060 OC 6GB VRAM
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) G.SKILL Ripjaws [Really should toss two more in just because right?! lol]
PSU: Corsair HX750
Case: Antec Twelve Hundred V1 with replaced red LED fans instead of blue
Monitor: Samsung BX2231
1TB Seagate FireCuda SSHD OS drive, 1TB WD Black HDD for games, 320GB HDD for random junk
Razer Anansi keyboard
Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse
Razer Megalodon headset
and it's optically hooked up to a Samsung 7.1 surround system for sound

And it's adorned with a RoboRaptor on top! XD

Thanks! I know it's not top of the line or anything, but it handles everything I throw at it. And that's all it needs to do! Plus the 1200 is a good looking case imo.

I have three, actually, and they're connected (mostly) in a network.

My main rig for gaming/anything, really is a 3.8Ghz i5 with 8GB RAM, an RX-550 graphics card, a 500GB drive, and a mostly-empty Thermaltake gaming case. No wi-fi on the board because, for some reason, the Ethernet loves to randomly stop working on TCP/IPV4...

Most of my actual storage and (theoretical) internet access is from  2Ghz, 4GB RAM ultra-thin Dell laptop. It's got all the USB hubs hooked to it and it's got an 8TB external hard drive, as well as a USB-Ethernet adapter so that I can get (when it wants to) Internet over ICS and I can access all the files on that 8TB drive easily by having it set as a network drive.

And then for old software and DOS/Win9X gaming I have a Pentium II with a 10GB IDE drive, two non-functional floppy drives (gonna have to find a way to get that working...), a CD-ROM drive, 128MB RAM and a 266Mhz clock speed. I'm getting a Soundblaster 16 for it and a Compactflash-IDE adapter so I can just swap CompactFlash cards if I want to change the OS I'm running or load/transfer software to and from it. They're both on the way.

I have a desktop which uses an AMD-FX 8-core processor -- I think 8350 or something like that. But the graphics card is super budget because I tacked it on to the end, so my far better computer is actually a laptop -- Dell XPS 13 with Intel i7, the big SSD, 4k touchscreen...

I love my keyboard, though. Cherry MX Blue switches:

Just updated this year. Got rid of the extra hard drives and replaced my GTX 1080's.

i7-8700k
ASUS z390 MOBO
Nightwing 32GB DDR4 3000MHz RGB Memory
Samsung 850 EVO 1TB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 4TB 7200RPM HDD
EVGA 1080ti x2 w/ EVGA SLI Bridge
Rosewill Midnight Limited Edition Medium ATX tower
Corsair Hydro H100i Liquid Cooling
Corsair 850W Power supply

Unfortunately, I have succumbed to buying all Corsair RGB... All my accessories now glow together in a pattern. I'm so ashamed....

OK, so, slight update, my old motherboard is dead so I shoved my i5, GPU and RAM into an HP office machine and I do most of my internet stuff on a 2006 Athlon dual-booting Lubuntu i386 and Windows 7 Ultimate, with ATI integrated graphics and 4GB of RAM. I also have them properly connected to the Internet via Ethernet as well.

So i did a little update

ryzen 7 3700X
RX580 8GB
16GB DDR4 ram
 i also addeda 1tb m.2 nvme drive (i think)
a new 2tb hard drive for even more backup storage...

i have to admit the fx3600 i had before served me well but it was time for an update... a major update.

I mostly play games and do a tiny bit of photo editing so this is kinda overkill for what i need probably but heck, why not?

Um, let's see.

I'm trying to upgrade to a new laptop for Christmas. My mom and I are both doing the necessary research when it comes to looking for what has the right processor and GPU.

Currently, I'm using and Acer Nitro 5, but am looking at a New Dell Inspiron 15. My benchmark detector app showed that the Inspiron may be the way to go.

The reason I want to upgrade is because a lot of the games I have on Steam at the moment just can't be supported.
