Generally my rule for Dell and Alienware is to always be extremely careful, they are very capable of overcharging you for one component or another, this is just another example.

Use any of these below if you must have "THE BEST" out there. Also remember that Windows 7 64-bit (any version) can ONLY use up to 16GB at once, don't overpay for something you cannot use.

 I have an ASUS G73SW A1. I love it so much. :3
It is a laptop that I use as a desktop (it is so heavy I never take it off my desk :P).

In case the image derps out, here are the specs.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.2GHz
8.00 GB Ram
64-Bit OS
This thing is a beast, I run games with no lag, and Minecraft runs at ~100fps at the lowest. I am satisfied :P

Most recent set up I've had.
Laptop is Toshiba Qosmio x7270, but with a larger HDD than the stock version and a newer i5 than what it came with, and it's running Win7 though I have Win8 also installed.. It runs like a dream.

Fact:

My computer moves around a lot so I don't twisty tie the cables up because they become a pain when I have to undo everything for what ever reason.
