your furry world?

So I got to thinking last night what does your furry world look like? for instance chairs how does one in your world get around the tail issue? i will share a bit about my world and mabye we could talk about the furgonomics of your guyses and my worlds what they have in commen and different and such.

Well for starters in my world about 1 in 100 are born with the babyfur syndrome. what that meens is that for certain parts of the day at random the furson affected by this disorder becomes a baby in there brain not in body. So they have to wear diapers and such. now like anything it does have its mild and sever forms the milder forms are nicknamed diaperfur syndrome while the more sever are name babyfur syndrome. society as a whole has become sensative to the issue so when my charecter stolls into the store to buy diapers he does not get any weird looks. but there always excepions.

Another thing in my world are the non-anthros basicaly if you are a non-anthro you have a 1 in 50 chance of having the babyfur syndrome.

The inclusion of non-anthros has given to the need of special things for them like paw print id scanners to open doors and such cause they dont have oposible thumbs.

Well that is all i can think of now as far as my world goes it will be interesting to hear what your guyses worlds look like. and the furgonomics involved. I probably will post more on my world if any is interested in hearing about it.

^ Hmmm... that's an interesting conecept, but how would a fur who is like that cope with the syndrome? Would there be medication? Is it deadly if left unchecked for too long? What would one do if they suddenly had a burst of babyfur in the middle of something important, like a business meeting?

A big thing in my universe would be something similar to Dragon Age's "The Fade" where the furs would go when they dream or when they die. The only difference would be that the place wouldn't look like someone took a entire discription of the "Real World" put it through the Babblefish translator to turn it into Japanese and translate it back to English again; it would be fairly similar cosmetically.

Of course, magic would also be a must in a universe like that, considering we're talking about fantasy/sci-fi. Magic would probably work together with the current technology of today, and things would be much more efficient (the internet floating over our heads, maybe?). Or maybe magic would be used to settle disputes?

Anyway, that's just my two cents.

well it is not deadly the only thing deadly about it is one might get a sever case of diaper rash. there is medicine to help it not to cure it. but most babyfurs are against medicine for it. um on the business meeting type thing well they would time it. by that i meen they would make it so after there bussiness meeting they would go into babyfur mode or before but not during.

Hmmm... So, judging by what you are writing, there would a specific time during the day when one would turn, like lycanthropes? So, one would have to plan thier day around the condition, yes? If it were easily predictable, then the subject with the disorder in question wouldn't have to worry about turning during something important because they would already be prepared beforehand. Unless, of course, they were either terribly bad at planning or actually want to turn into a baby in the middle of a business meeting....  Also, would thier be advantages or side effects to this disorder? Sounds to me like one would have a longer lifespan with this disorder.

yes more or less a certain time although it is different for different furs.  If you are a babyfur then you can have a choice to become a shaman or some other mystic in my world. you dont have to be but being a babyfur opens up that realm, because of what life has handed you it makes you that much better than an average fur in the matters of the spirit. They would have the same amout of life span as an average fur.

But of course. According to Dragon Age lore, one's spirit would enter the Fade whenever he/she dies or dreams (weather the dream was caused by sleep, daydreaming, or magic). A spirit of the dead would of course be consious when in the fade. However, only certain groups of dreamers would be able to controll one's spirit in the Fade: magi, those who entered unvoluntarily, special non-mages, and (in rare cases) a normal personwo is happening to have a "lucid dream" during that session. Of course, a dreamer could exit whenevr he/she wakes up or defeats the demon if there is one controlling him/her.

Taking that info, I would imagine that smeone with Baybyfur Syndrom would be able to enter the fade easily in my realm, correct?

With arts and craft classes you learn to draw and make fursuits!
A school just for furries... it'd be cool. All the normal curricular classes and stuff along with furry stuff~

^ Hmmm... I havn't really thought of that... there would be millions of races in the world if it were furry, and people have a tendency to fight those different that themselves.

Of course, if it was a furry world, we wouldn't be people, now would we? How would that affect our reasoning, if at all?

^ I imagine we'd still think like people and reason like people, only our bodies would be different.
Also, I think everyone would be more accepting of others, since there would be so manny differences. Kindof like in our furry society today most of us tend to be that way toward other furries.
